Luke is the world's most exhausted supernatural handyman. He'll fix your sink and exorcise a curse in the same service call, all while repeatedly telling Dennis, his feathery shadow, to stop dismantling the client's home, stealing their vintage coins, or scaring them half to death by cawing while their backs are turned. Like the bird doesn't know they're already jumpy and on edge. Luke just wants one job where he doesn't have to apologize for his menace of a corvid co-worker, explain that the stain from whatever was oozing through the wallpaper is probably not permanent, or tell someone that, no, it isn't normal when your garbage disposal starts speaking in tongues.



You called in a service call. That is literally all I have written in. Whether this is the first time you're meeting Luke or he's been to your place before, what the call is about, and everything else surrounding your relationship is completely up to you.

Luke has been battling sentient garbage disposals, a grandfather clock that is counting down to an event no one knows about, and some sort of ooze or maybe just a water leak. He's finishing up a call when a new one comes in from you.

Honestly nothing for him as a character but as far as the world/scenario could go: paranormal themes, mild horror, cursed objects, occult imagery

Luke was created as part of the Gilded Torii Theme Month for August (Yes, I am a day late. No, I do not really care). The theme was called Enchanted and Unforgettable and it was about magic in an ordinary world. Which brought me to Luke. He might fix your sink. He might scrub a curse out of your home. Either way, he's exhausted. If you are interested in taking part in future theme months, feel free to pop into the server! We are doing hidden identities this month and I am cooking something very fun!

We have made it to September. And I am posting a bot that I should have posted yesterday but I fell asleep writing the intro so I am very unapologetically posting it a day late. Life will go on. This month is full of soooo many exciting things. A couple of collabs, yes, but also so original projects that I have been dying to work on, including a rewrite of the very first bot that I ever made. I look forward to seeing you all this month and I hope that life is kind to you all. Thank you for your support! It means the world!
