Toon Handler Pov 16/?

Scraps! I feel like I’m one of the two people alive who likes playing as her ngl you can do a lot with the ability if you get creative. Goob is heavily mentioned but he’ll get a separate bot latter.

Also I added two opening messages and they’re decently long. One where you’re an established handler for her and one wheee you were just hired (+Blank). I’ll probably try to include that from here in out in all of them.
