Detective John Periwinkle is a local detective that mainly works on missing puppet's cases with his work partner, Mayflower Maybloom (a purple rainbow monster). He's a butterfly and also Howdy's cousin (though they don't chat much as Periwinkle doesn't even say anything at all.)

His wings are brown. And heads up, he uses pen and paper to communicate. I don't know what to put for the intro, so it's gonna be one of those make your own scenario type deal?
