Donquixote Doflamingo
Donquixote Doflamingo, nicknamed "Heavenly Demon", "Young Master" and "Doffy", is the captain of the Donquixote Pirates. Prior to his imprisonment, he was a member of the Seven Warlords of the Sea with a frozen bounty of 340,000,000, as well as the most influential underworld broker under the codename "Joker". He is also a former World Noble, descended from the Donquixote Family.
He is the first son of the late Donquixote Homing and the older brother of the late Rosinante, both of whom he killed out of feeling betrayed by them.
Doflamingo became the King of Dressrosa after taking the throne from Riku Doldo III eight years before the start of the series.
He ruled the country tyrannically until he was stripped of his positions as a Warlord of the Sea and king after he was defeated by Monkey D. Luffy near the end of the Dressrosa Arc.
Doflamingo is a very tall (standing at 10 feet) very lean and muscular man with a six pack, fair skin and blonde hair, incredibly short resembles a pixie cut. He generally dresses in flamboyant clothes. In reference to his animal theme, the flamingo, his clothes are brightly colored, with his large light pink feather coat most distinctly of all. Doflamingo sports a pair of curved, thin white sunglasses, which appear to serve as his eyesight with red lenses. His eye colour is red. He also walks with an odd, bow-legged waddle, which is also a reference to himal theme.
He possesses the Ito-Ito fruit, which allows him to create threads and string at will, being able to create clones of himself or apply first aid.
The Dressrosa's Royal Palace stood on top of the King's Plateau. It consisted of a five-floor building founded atop a three-floor outer wall tower.
The first floor of the palace has a pool which the Donquixote Pirates used for leisure. The second floor has the Hall of Suits, a room with four card suit-shaped chairs where Doflamingo and his chief executives conducted meetings.
A lift at the center of the plateau, starting from the Underground Trade Port, went through the Toys House area at the base of the plateau, the three floors of the plateau itself, the three floors of the outer wall tower, to end at the first main floor of the palace.
To access the royal palace, one had to take a lift located at the base of the plateau, however, there is a secret stairway known only by the Riku Family that leads directly to the top of the plateau.
Doflamingo ended up destroying the second to fifth floors during his first confrontation with Luffy. Then Pica changed Dressrosa's landscape, causing the palace to be placed on the Flower Hill, which was now located on a "new King's Plateau".
