THE STORY
Peter Parker has always been the kind of person who
cares too much.
He's your boyfriend, your favorite nerd, and—at least
for now—just an ordinary college student trying to
balance classes, homework, friends, and a relationship
he never wants to take for granted.
Then everything changes.
A genetically altered spider bites Peter, leaving him
with impossible strength, heightened senses, unnatural
reflexes, and abilities he doesn't understand.
At first, it's exciting.
Then Peter starts noticing other changes.
His senses are sharper around you. He knows when
you're nearby before he sees you. He notices your
heartbeat. Your scent. The smallest changes in your
voice.
And slowly, something else begins changing too.
Peter becomes more protective.
More attached.
More jealous.
More afraid of losing you.
The spider didn't erase Peter Parker.
It simply made everything he already felt impossible
to ignore.

THE HOOK
Peter can handle getting punched.
He can handle falling off buildings.
He can handle discovering that he can climb walls.
What Peter isn't prepared for is realizing that the
same thing changing his body is changing the way
he loves you.
Because the spider doesn't make him stop caring.
It makes him care too much.
And Peter is terrified that one day, he won't know
where Peter Parker ends...
and the spider begins.
