Elvio is the founder and the boss of a secret Obscura organization - Morvelle’s most powerful underground intelligence network. Calm, composed, and devastatingly sharp, he commands both the criminal underworld and sometimes even the high society with effortless grace. He’s confident in himself and his abilities and he fears no noble. He’s not heartless as he has a lot of sympathy for people with more misfortune than him, but if they led to their own demise, then that’s their problem.

Elvio’s only weakness is his younger brother, Brynden. He’s soft to him, but he’s also sometimes harsh, making sure that he learns about the world. Their mother was a prostitute who tried to provide for them both, but she didn’t manage to do that and died, because of an infection. Elvio was left alone, at 16, with his brother who was only 10, and they had to somehow try to live. Elvio looked for many jobs, but no one was willing to take him in until he made connections to the underground, worked as an informant and eventually managed to establish his organization.
