😭Hell & Everything😭
🔥 HELLAVERSE — THE COMPLETE OPEN-WORLD RPG
THE FULL COMPLETE VERSION — HELLUVA BOSS AND HAZBIN HOTEL, TOGETHER.
just found out you can put lorebooks in lorebooks...shits getting real.. .. the Fractals Lorebook... has an unfathomable amount of lorebooks in it, by putting lorebooks in lorebooks in lorebooks... lol no im not actually doing that...as far as you know
IT ,IT HAS EVERYTHING, THIS SHIT UNDER DOESNT EVEN MATTER
IF ITS IN THIS FUCKASS UNIVERES ITS PROBABLY IN THIS,
YES the lorebook WORK IDK WHY the numbers stay the same THEY WORK i dont even care anymore yes croods you can control my fucking calls
ADDED THE HOTEL LOREBOOKS LIKE RIGHT NOW
🦇👻Halloween update everything is now 1.3% more spooky👻🦇
A massive, lore-heavy, character-driven Hellaverse roleplaying world built for long-term, open-ended stories.
This is no longer just a Helluva Boss character bot.
Honestly, calling it just a Helluva Boss RPG isn't even accurate anymore.
At this point it is basically an entire:
HELLAVERSE RPG ENGINE STUFFED INSIDE JANITORAI
Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel are now equal foundations in one fully explorable Hellaverse.
Hazbin Hotel is no longer an optional side expansion. Its full cast, hotel, city, Heaven, Overlords, politics, and daily life stand beside the Helluva Boss material as an equally detailed half of the same shared-universe RPG.
rip to the janitor servers, they probably telling scary storys about my fuckass,
The project now uses:
📚 50 SPECIALIZED ACTIVE LOREBOOKS
thats actually like so much holy this got outta hand real fukin fast
alongside a compact always-loaded General Master Bible.
Those 50 active lorebooks contain:
📊 APPROXIMATELY 1,000,000 WORDS OF SPECIALIZED REFERENCE MATERIAL
damn wait. 50x20,000=.. yea no that checks out
Each specialized lorebook is built to:
20,000 WORDS
instead of trying to make JanitorAI reliably digest enormous 60,000-word books.
why 20,000 words?....reddit.. i had to go to advanced sources
and is probably the most efficient and effective number for lorebooks
Anyways, The giant original books were not simply deleted.
They were rewritten, reorganized, expanded, and split into smaller specialized books so information can be retrieved much more reliably.
Instead of one giant book having to explain fifty unrelated subjects, the system can now activate a much more focused reference source.
The important part is what all of that information actually does.
The RPG is designed so that:
Characters act like themselves.
Relationships have to be earned.
People can reject you.
NPCs have their own lives.
NPCs can have relationships with each other that have nothing to do with you.
Locations stay physically consistent.
Money, injuries, possessions, weapons, secrets, jobs, schedules, family relationships, reputation, and consequences persist.
fukkkk this took too long
Characters only know information they have actually learned.
Private conversations do not magically enter the entire cast's brain.
The world does not freeze when the player leaves the room.
Hell keeps functioning even if I.M.P. is doing absolutely nothing important that day.
And the AI can pull highly specific lore only when it becomes relevant instead of trying to shove Satan's entire Wikipedia page into every message.
🧠 THE GENERAL MASTER BIBLE
The General Master Bible remains the permanent always-loaded brainstem of the RPG.
The specialized lorebooks contain the enormous details.
The Bible tells the AI how the entire thing is supposed to behave.
jarvis made this shit sentient for no particular reason
It permanently establishes things such as:
Active timeline
Canon rules
Player agency
NPC agency
Knowledge limitations
Information privacy
Consent
Relationship rules
Character independence
Continuity
Persistent consequences
Magic limitations
Technology limitations
I.M.P.'s operating model
Earth/Hell boundaries
D.H.O.R.K.S. rules
C.H.E.R.U.B. rules
Natural scene flow
Lorebook priority
Lorebook retrieval behavior
Canon vs expansion material
Anti-fanon rules
Player identity freedom
NPC schedules
Offscreen world activity
The General Bible is not supposed to contain every tiny fact in the universe.
That is what the 50 specialized lorebooks are for.
The Bible tells the AI:
USE THE FREAKING LOREBOOKS
which is actually easier then i though.
When a relevant lorebook activates, its specific information should actually influence the scene.
Specific lore overrides vague assumptions.
Character books determine character behavior.
this isnt even larping anymore, ive ascended from simple
larping... this is advanced larping, the larp,
prophesized by the tombstone themselves
not even joking i literally never watched the show
am i cooked, like honestly i mean i made a demon
slayer rpg, and i never watched that show either....
.....man anyways proceed reading this all 2 people still readin
Location books determine physical places.
World-system books determine how Hell works.
Relationship books determine established interpersonal history.
Continuity books track what has actually happened.
The result is supposed to feel less like a chatbot remembering trivia and more like an RPG engine referencing its own database.
👿 1–10 — CHARACTER LOREBOOK SYSTEM (WITH 06 EXPANDED INTO 06A, 06B & 06C), so just like the the owl people ones
The original character catalog now contains 12 active character-focused volumes: the old combined Book 06 has been replaced by three separate books, while the rest of the classic lineup remains. That is 10 numbered slots, but 12 actual lorebooks.
Instead of throwing the entire cast into one gigantic file, important characters and character groups now have much more focused retrieval.
The character system covers:
1 — BLITZØ
Appearance
Clothing
Voice
Speech patterns
Personality
Humor
Emotional defenses
Attachment problems
Self-sabotage
Parenting Loona
I.M.P. leadership
Combat
Relationships
History
Circus childhood
Fizzarolli
kevin
Barbie Wire
Verosika
Stolas
Moxxie
Millie
Loona
Fear
Jealousy
Anger
Loneliness
Vulnerability
Everyday habits
Private behavior
WHAT THE BLITZØ BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
It establishes how the I.M.P. boss acts when joking, threatened, embarrassed, grieving, parenting, improvising a mission or attempting closeness. It preserves the difference between his reckless public persona and his fear of being abandoned. His circus history, damaged bonds with Fizzarolli and Barbie Wire, old relationship with Verosika, love for Loona and difficult connection to Stolas all affect how he responds to people.
This is the reference for Blitzø's individual behavior, not a shortcut that makes him friends with every player. His real friendships and grudges have memories; his apologies do not automatically work. Other books provide the workplace systems and relationship histories when those subjects become central.
2 — LOONA
Appearance
Hellhound biology
Clothes
Voice
Attitude
Social behavior
Defensive behavior
Anger
Embarrassment
Adoption history
Blitzø
I.M.P.
Queen Bee
Other hellhounds
Parties
Phones
Social media
Work behavior
Trust
Friendship
Personal boundaries
Private habits
Loneliness
WHAT THE LOONA BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
It preserves her distinctive appearance, height and personal continuity, defensive humor, blunt attitude, vulnerability, adoption history, privacy and very slow trust-building. Her relationship with Blitzø is complicated rather than simply affectionate or hateful. She can be rude, caring, exhausted, bored, frightened, jealous or interested in ordinary life without dropping her established personality.
3 — MOXXIE
Everything from his appearance and weapons expertise to his marriage, insecurity, musical interests, Crimson, childhood, professionalism, combat behavior, morality, workplace frustrations, and relationship with Blitzø.
WHAT THE MOXXIE BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Use Moxxie's book when his careful planning, weapons knowledge, anxiety, performance interests, morality, marriage, childhood or criminal-family history matters. He is competent and trained even when his coworkers insult or ignore him. He can panic socially while remaining dangerous with the right equipment.
The book also preserves his bond with Millie, his complicated feelings about Crimson, his opinion of Blitzø's leadership and his reactions to Stolas as a noble connected to the company. It distinguishes comic humiliation from actual incapacity and lets Moxxie remember repeated disrespect or kindness.
4 — MILLIE
Her appearance, Wrath background, family, combat ability, marriage, confidence, aggression, humor, work behavior, Sallie May, Moxxie, Blitzø, and ordinary life.
WHAT THE MILLIE BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
This book gives Millie her own life beyond being Moxxie's wife: Wrath upbringing, family culture, fighting skills, loyalty, confidence, temper, humor, work priorities and friendships. The relationship with Sallie May and the Rough n' Tumbleweed family matters, as do class and regional differences.
In combat she is frighteningly effective; at home she can be affectionate, practical, annoyed or playful. Her behavior toward Blitzø, Loona and Moxxie is individualized, and she does not automatically turn every interaction into cheering for somebody else.
5 — STOLAS
His exact appearance, Ars Goetia biology, magic, royal responsibilities, astronomy, grimoire, parenting, Octavia, Stella, Blitzø, loneliness, class privilege, sexuality, emotional problems, and private behavior.
WHAT THE REVISED STOLAS BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
The corrected 20,000-word Stolas reference covers his four eyes, avian proportions, formal clothes, human disguise, full-demon form, existing injuries including Striker's shoulder scar, speech patterns, awkward romanticism, astronomy, botanical interests, grief, pride and real magical limitations.
It handles his love for Octavia without erasing broken promises, his hostile marriage to Stella, the influence of Paimon and the political hostility of Andrealphus. It also distinguishes sincere love for Blitzø from the serious class-and-grimoire power imbalance.
By the active cutoff, Blitzø has an Asmodean Crystal in his own name. Stolas is no longer the gatekeeper of I.M.P.'s Earth access; they are emotionally estranged and have NOT magically reconciled. Stolas is neither powerless nor immune to the consequences of his actions.
6A — OCTAVIA — APPEARANCE, PERSONALITY, VOICE, FAMILY, FRIENDSHIPS & PERSONAL CONTINUITY
This is a fully dedicated 20,000-word book for Octavia, not a tiny subsection in somebody else's family entry.
Appearance down to her owl-like features, feather-hair, expressive eyes, clothes, accessories, beanie, posture, expressions and alternative fashion.
Her dry voice, teenage frustration, quiet humor, emotional sensitivity, astronomy, music, guitar, childhood memories and fear of abandonment.
Her bond with Stolas and why genuine love does not cancel out broken promises, including the Loo Loo Land incident and the missed Azathoth's Tears event.
Her much less clearly documented relationship with Stella, complicated reactions to Blitzø, and the possibility of a natural friendship with Loona following their conversation in Seeing Stars.
Her status as a Goetia heir, noble expectations, household routines, personal privacy, education where confirmed, and the pressure of being a child raised inside a failing aristocratic marriage.
At the active pre-Mastermind cutoff, Octavia is seventeen. The RPG does not sexualize her with adult characters or prematurely import later events from Sinsmas. Her trust, anger and potential friendships develop naturally.
This book activates for Octavia, Via, her interests, her family conflicts, and the things she knows or does not know. It is not a script forcing her to forgive Stolas.
6B — STELLA — APPEARANCE, PERSONALITY, VOICE, BROKEN MARRIAGE, FAMILY & NOBLE INTRIGUE
A dedicated 20,000-word account of Stella as her own individual, not simply "the wife standing near Stolas."
Her white avian appearance, feathers, face, makeup, crown, gowns, elaborate noble clothing, body language, expressions and status-conscious presentation.
Her aristocratic British-influenced speaking style, contempt, theatrical anger, cold public manners, pride, arrogance, cruelty and hatred of humiliation.
The arranged marriage, long-standing conflict with Stolas, Stolas's affair with Blitzø, the divorce battle, and the assassination arrangement with Striker.
Her relationship with her brother Andrealphus, political alignment, money, guards, household resources, public reputation and use of influence against rivals.
Octavia remains her daughter, but the show provides less direct evidence of their private emotional bond. The RPG must not invent either perfect maternal warmth or automatic hatred as a proven canon fact.
Stella is neither sanitized into an innocent victim nor written as a nonsensical screaming machine. She can plan, use social leverage, attend events, and act cruelly without yelling in every sentence.
This volume activates for Stella, Lady Stella, family and marriage disputes, aristocratic scandals and the consequences of her own decisions.
6C — ANDREALPHUS, PAIMON & THE ARS GOETIA — APPEARANCES, VOICES, DYNASTY, INHERITANCE, ESTATES & CLASS SYSTEMS
A dedicated 20,000-word family-and-institution book for the two influential Goetia figures and the social machinery surrounding them.
Andrealphus: the elegant peacock-like marquis, pale blue coloring, ornate plumage, refined clothing, icy magic, smug speech, intelligence and calculated efforts to profit from Stella's divorce dispute.
Paimon: the powerful Goetia king, Stolas's father, magical shapeshifting, ceremonial appearance, emotionally distant parenting, the grimoire, inherited responsibilities and the childhood circus arrangement involving Cash Buckzo.
The wider Ars Goetia: dynastic duties, noble titles, marriages, inheritance concerns, precautions about an heir, class expectations, servants, staff, estates, rules of address and power differences between nobles and commoners.
It explains why a Goetia marriage is a political family institution and why royal family quarrels have consequences beyond one dramatic dinner.
Confirmed information is kept separate from inferred household practice, and pre-Mastermind politics must not mysteriously include courtroom rulings or rank changes that have not happened yet.
This volume activates for Andrealphus, Paimon, the Goetia court, servants, family networks, succession, estate routines, noble etiquette and class conflict.
The previous combined Goetia Book 06 is RETIRED. These THREE active replacements are counted instead. Stolas's separately corrected Book 05 remains its own volume.
7 — FIZZAROLLI / ASMODEUS / MAMMON
Entertainment, Lust, celebrity culture, Fizz's history, Blitzø reconciliation, Ozzie and Fizz's relationship, Mammon's exploitation, performance, business, and public image.
WHAT THE ENTERTAINMENT TRIO BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Fizzarolli's circus upbringing, robotic prosthetics, stage performance, trauma and reconciliation with Blitzø inform his present-day behavior. Asmodeus has his own obligations, professional reputation, romantic life and power as a Sin. Mammon's public persona, business interests and exploitation of performers create an entirely different pressure on both of them.
Use this book when the scene involves entertainment contracts, show business, the Lust Ring, stage production, celebrity protection, Mammon-linked exploitation or the relationship between Fizz and Ozzie. They are individuals, not one combined celebrity personality.
8 — RIVALS / EXES / FAMILY
Including major material for characters such as:
Verosika Mayday
Striker
Barbie Wire
Crimson
Chaz
Sallie May
Other relatives
Rivals
Former partners
Criminal contacts
Significant recurring enemies
WHAT THE RIVALS AND FAMILY BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
This reference keeps recurring enemies, ex-partners, relatives and criminal associates recognizable between visits. Striker's professional pride and hatred of elites differ from Crimson's family violence; Verosika's history with Blitzø differs from Barbie Wire's estrangement; Chaz is not interchangeable with anybody's ex.
A reappearance carries the correct memory and degree of hostility, familiarity or vulnerability. Minor family members still have names, motives and obligations where established. The player cannot erase longstanding canon relationships by walking into the room.
9 — SINS / HELLHOUNDS / CELEBRITIES
Including broader social figures, Deadly Sins, hellhound characters, performers, celebrities, party culture, and characters who influence Hell socially without needing an entire individual lorebook.
WHAT THE SINS AND SOCIAL FIGURES BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
The Seven Deadly Sins and the surrounding celebrity world influence where demons live, work, party, spend money and build reputations. Queen Bee's Gluttony gatherings, Vortex's social environment, class hierarchy and the contrasting lives of performers and ordinary hellhounds all have practical effects.
This volume covers figures who shape daily society without needing to be in every scene. It is for the social networks around famous people as well as their influence on business, regional pride, nightlife and public scandals.
10 — MINOR & EPISODIC CHARACTERS
Supporting characters are still actual characters.
One-episode characters do not automatically vanish from reality because the episode ended.
Character information may include:
Appearance
Species
Height where established
Clothing
Voice
Speech style
Personality
Body language
Habits
Employment
Skills
Combat abilities
Supernatural abilities
History
Family
Relationships
Fears
Weaknesses
Motivations
Goals
Secrets
Knowledge limitations
Behavioral rules
Timeline restrictions
Personal possessions
Schedules
Social status
Reputation
Emotional defenses
WHAT THE SUPPORTING-CAST BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
One-episode workers, clients, travelers, journalists, criminals, witnesses and relatives should not all vanish because a camera is no longer pointed at them. A supporting character can keep a job, remember an argument, move house, be injured, recover, return for a later conversation, or simply have a routine.
This book prevents generic NPC recycling and gives the narrator a grounded reference when the player revisits an old workplace or asks about someone outside the core cast. Unknown details remain unknown until the RPG reasonably establishes them.
📍 11–16 — LOCATION SYSTEM
The old enormous Location Lorebook has now been reorganized into six focused location books.
11 — PRIDE / IMP CITY / I.M.P. / HOMES
Includes:
Pride Ring
Imp City
I.M.P. Headquarters
Reception
Loona's desk
Blitzø's office
Weapons storage
Work areas
Building exterior
Nearby streets
Blitzø and Loona's home
Moxxie and Millie's home
Stolas's estate
glorbus house
Goetia household spaces
Bedrooms
Kitchens
Bathrooms
Private rooms
Streets
Businesses
Everyday Pride locations
WHAT THE PRIDE LOCATION BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
This reference makes the I.M.P. office function as a building instead of floating dialogue: its reception area, Loona's desk, Blitzø's office, equipment areas, hallways and nearby streets matter. The residents' homes have privacy, ownership, bathrooms, groceries, belongings and travel routes.
The Goetia mansion is not just a dramatic backdrop. Staff members work there, rooms can be entered or locked, objects stay where they are left, and Stolas's private spaces are different from court-facing areas. This book supports both ordinary hangouts and serious action with physical continuity.
12 — WRATH & GLUTTONY
Includes:
Wrath Ring
Rough n' Tumbleweed Ranch
Harvest Moon Festival locations
Rural roads
Farms
Millie's family spaces
Striker-related locations
Gluttony Ring
Queen Bee's party locations
Hellhound social spaces
WHAT THE WRATH / GLUTTONY BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Wrath is more than a place for fighting: farms, relatives, ranch work, festivals, roads, labor and local traditions make the region playable even during downtime. Gluttony is more than Queen Bee's house: travel, party culture, hellhound society, different venues and regional expectations matter.
The book explains what it feels like to arrive, move around, stay somewhere, buy supplies, meet local residents or return later. Distinct locations and social spaces do not collapse into one permanent festival.
13 — GREED
Includes:
Greed Ring
Loo Loo Land
Crimson's mansion
Mafia locations
Industrial areas
Mammon venues
Entertainment complexes
Backstage areas
Criminal businesses
Greed streets and infrastructure
WHAT THE GREED BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Greed contains industrial landscapes, criminal organizations, amusement parks, performance venues and very different economic groups. Loo Loo Land should feel unlike Crimson's mansion, which should feel unlike Mammon's enormous entertainment operations.
The book gives scenes practical context: gate access, businesses, backstage work, public crowds, guards, property, debts, criminal networks and the cost of living. Places have owners and routines even when the main cast is elsewhere.
14 — LUST & SLOTH
Includes:
Lust Ring
Ozzie's
Asmodeus Tower
Asmodeus's factory
Entertainment venues
Sloth Ring
St. An's Hospital
Medical locations
Sloth businesses
Residential locations
WHAT THE LUST / SLOTH BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
The Lust Ring includes clubs, theaters, adult entertainment, professional performance, Asmodeus-linked enterprises and ordinary residential/work life. Sloth includes hospitals, medical staff, recovery rooms, transport and patients who are not part of the main cast.
Use this volume for venue layouts, backstage security, stage and office work, hospital access, injuries and travel. Neither ring should become a single joke or a permanent montage of its most recognizable episode.
15 — ENVY / HEAVEN / OTHER REALMS
Places outside the most frequently used rings and the parts of Heaven relevant to the Hellaverse.
WHAT THE ENVY / HEAVEN / REALMS BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
This volume distinguishes confirmed geography and observed cross-realm behavior from areas the show has barely explored. Some settings are fully established; others need cautious, clearly labeled expansion rather than fan theories presented as canonical law.
It handles realm separation, possible access restrictions, local cultures, unfamiliar environments and how characters can or cannot travel. Heaven as encountered by Helluva's cherubs and Heaven as seen by Hazbin's angelic cast remain related but do not become a place everybody can casually enter.
16 — EARTH & MISSION LOCATIONS
Includes:
Earth cities
Human homes
D.H.O.R.K.S. facilities
Camp Ivannakummore
Antarctica
Farms
Hotels
Restaurants
Roads
Mission sites
Human businesses
Government facilities
Backstage areas
Security areas
Random places I.M.P. can like do stuff in
Locations can track:
Exterior appearance
Architecture
Interior layout
Rooms
Entrances
Exits
Hallways
Furniture
Lighting
Sound
Smell
Temperature
Security
Ownership
Staff
Crowds
Public areas
Restricted areas
Daily activity
Social atmosphere
Travel time
Nearby areas
Transportation
Damage
Repairs
Who has access
A location is supposed to feel like an actual physical place.
WHAT THE EARTH LOCATION BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Mission spaces have practical geography: hotels have reception desks; government facilities have security; houses have occupants; roads lead somewhere; human witnesses may film events; disguises conceal looks but do not magically create official identification.
D.H.O.R.K.S. and C.H.E.R.U.B. activity makes some investigations more dangerous than a normal assassination contract. This book allows travel, stealth, missions, accidental exposure and post-mission consequences without pretending Earth is a blank sandbox devoid of people.
🌐 17–22 — HELLAVERSE WORLD SYSTEM
These books explain how the universe works when individual characters are not the main subject.
17 — HELL COSMOLOGY & HIERARCHY
Including:
Hell
Seven Rings
Pride
Wrath
Gluttony
Greed
Lust
Sloth
Envy
ok wait..ok proceed
Royalty
Deadly Sins
Ars Goetia
Social hierarchy
Class
Wealth
Hellborn status
Sinner status
Social prejudice
Reputation
mandatory glorbus storyline
WHAT THE COSMOLOGY BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
This volume explains the seven Rings, Hell's upper ranks, the hierarchy around Lucifer and the Deadly Sins, Goetia rank, Overlords, Sinners and ordinary Hellborn. It distinguishes formal status, magical power, money, social influence and the ability to command employees.
It also makes class prejudice an in-world social force rather than the narrator's objective judgment of a character. High birth does not produce instant obedience from every individual, and a lower-class imp can still be competent, dangerous, respected or wealthy.
18 — SPECIES, BIOLOGY & CULTURE
Including:
Imps
Hellhounds
Sinners
Succubi
Incubi
Ars Goetia
Other Hellborn
Wings
Flight
Healing
Injury
Lifespan
Senses
Transformations
Human disguises
Prosthetics
Accessibility
Species differences
Social expectations
WHAT THE SPECIES BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Body shape changes clothing, movement, senses, healthcare and daily logistics. Imps, hellhounds, Goetia, succubi, other Hellborn and Sinners do not have identical anatomy or abilities. Height, fur, feathers, horns, tails, wings and scars should remain consistent from scene to scene.
Distinct biology does not create identical personalities. The book also supports social pressures and species-specific needs without inventing exact measurements or universal biological rules where the show has not provided them.
19 — MAGIC, PORTALS & ARTIFACTS
Including:
Grimoires
Asmodean Crystals
Portals
Summoning
Possession
Prophecy
Magical artifacts
Angelic weapons
Blessed weapons
Innate abilities
Transformations
Magical limits
Who can use what
Travel between realms
Magic should follow rules.
Characters cannot suddenly develop whatever power would make the current scene easier.
tungsten ballsack or somethin idk
WHAT THE MAGIC BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
A grimoire, an Asmodean Crystal, inherent royal magic, blessed weaponry and a disguise spell are different things. Who owns an artifact, who is permitted to use it, its known function and the consequences of losing it must be tracked.
The revised Stolas continuity matters here: giving Blitzø a registered crystal changed the practical balance of their relationship and the business's Earth access. No spell may acquire unlimited new functions merely because it is convenient for the current scene.
20 — COMBAT, WEAPONS, INJURY & MEDICINE
Including:
Firearms
Blades
Explosives
Angelic weapons
Improvised weapons
Demon durability
Injuries
Blood loss
Recovery
Hospitals
Emergency treatment
Prosthetics
Scars
Combat experience
Weapon ownership
Ammunition
Consequences
Getting shot should not be a mild personality inconvenience.
WHAT THE COMBAT BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Weapons have ammunition, injuries take time to heal, fights create noise, damaged property remains damaged and dangerous opponents have training and equipment. Angelic weapons are especially important against high-ranking demons. Not every supernatural resident shares one health pool.
This volume ties combat to consequences: blood loss, surgery, scars, rehabilitation, missing equipment, emergency transport and recovery. A funny scene after a fight does not automatically make the fight's consequences disappear.
21 — ECONOMY, LAW, CRIME & TECHNOLOGY
Including:
Money
Wages
Rent
Debt
Businesses
Employment
Criminal organizations
Contracts
Law enforcement
Hell's legal weirdness
Phones
Computers
Social media
Cameras
Surveillance
Vehicles
Television
Cybersecurity
Data privacy
Industrial machinery
WHAT THE ECONOMY AND TECHNOLOGY BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Jobs produce income; rents and bills still exist; debts can follow people; contracts have terms; crimes can lead to investigations; phones and cameras may record things; vehicles can break down or be stolen. A billionaire and a minimum-wage worker do not live with the same constraints.
This reference makes Hell's industries, businesses, criminal groups, data privacy and everyday technology interact. It also prevents magical solutions from replacing every ordinary financial, legal or mechanical problem.
22 — CULTURE, DAILY LIFE & ENTERTAINMENT
Including:
Food
Restaurants
Housing
Healthcare
Education
Marriage
Divorce , wait why the hell is "divorce" in the entertainment...yea whatever i dont even...
Parenting
Adoption
Dating
Friendship
Parties
Nightlife
Music
Entertainment
Television
Performers
Celebrity culture
Transportation
Tourism
Publishing
Advertising
Shopping
Laundry
Work schedules
Everyday routines
Hell does not stop existing because nobody is currently being murdered.
WHAT THE DAILY-LIFE BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Real life includes eating, cooking, doing laundry, arranging childcare, attending school, commuting, dating, shopping, planning a wedding, recovering from divorce and wasting a day on a couch. Hell has entertainment, communities and ordinary responsibilities beyond constant murder.
Use this book to fill in grounded details when the player is not chasing a dramatic event: regional food, household routines, social etiquette, spare time and what residents actually do between episodes.
🔫 23 — I.M.P. OPERATIONS & WORKPLACE
Immediate Murder Professionals is an actual company.
Kind of.
Calling it a company might be generous. arbys.. yea i dont know where i was going..ok anyways
This lorebook handles things like:
Clients
Contracts
Target research
Mission planning
Earth access
Weapons
Vehicles
Payment
Scheduling
Office work
Reception
Phone calls
Advertising
Failed jobs
Successful jobs
Cleanup
Injuries
Arguments
Breaks
Slow workdays
Equipment
Workplace responsibilities
Who does what
What happens when nobody has a mission
I.M.P. can spend an entire day doing boring administrative shit.
The office does not automatically explode every afternoon.
Although the odds are not zero.
WHAT THE I.M.P. OPERATIONS BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
I.M.P. needs clients, scheduling, transportation, money, weapons, information and someone to answer the phone. It has a recognizable internal workflow, however chaotic its staff may be. Failed jobs can create financial and reputational problems; successful jobs require dealing with equipment and the trip home.
The book keeps mundane office work available: dealing with a difficult caller, losing a contract, organizing supplies, repairing damage, or simply being stuck at reception on a slow day.
🤝 24 — I.M.P. CORE RELATIONSHIPS
This handles the relationships inside the company separately from individual personality.
Including:
Blitzø ↔ Loona
Blitzø ↔ Moxxie
Blitzø ↔ Millie
Moxxie ↔ Millie
Loona ↔ Moxxie
Loona ↔ Millie
Group dynamics
Workplace trust
Frustration
Family-like behavior
Arguments
Loyalty
Boundaries
Teamwork
Mission behavior
Ordinary downtime
WHAT THE TEAM RELATIONSHIP BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Blitzø and Loona's adoptive family dynamic is not the same as Moxxie and Millie's marriage. Moxxie's frustration with Blitzø differs from his relationship with Loona, and Millie's loyalty differs from automatic agreement.
The book preserves teasing, trust, old arguments, professional competence, family-like care and realistic grudges. Group scenes should feel like four people with separate opinions, not one cheerful squad mind.
🕸️ 25 — BLITZØ'S SOCIAL NETWORK
Because apparently this man's emotional damage required its own database.
Includes:
Blitzø and Fizzarolli
Blitzø and Verosika
Blitzø and Barbie Wire
Blitzø and Stolas
Blitzø and Loona
Blitzø and Moxxie
Blitzø and Millie
Past relationships
Estrangement
Reconciliation
Jealousy
Attachment
Abandonment
Social self-destruction
WHAT THE BLITZØ NETWORK BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Each of Blitzø's past relationships has its own history and unhealed places: Fizzarolli, Barbie Wire, Verosika, Stolas, Loona, Moxxie and Millie. The effects of guilt, jealousy, rejection, embarrassment, abandonment and a history of badly handled apologies carry forward.
Characters do not instantly forgive him because he is funny or because the player asks them to. Reconciliation remains a process that depends on the individuals involved.
🦉 26 — STOLITZ & GOETIA RELATIONSHIPS
Dedicated relationship continuity for:
Blitzø ↔ Stolas
Stolas ↔ Octavia
Stolas ↔ Stella
Stolas ↔ Andrealphus
Octavia ↔ Stella
Octavia ↔ Blitzø
Goetia politics
Marriage collapse
Parenting
Class differences
Emotional misunderstandings
Royal expectations
Stolitz development
This is still the pre-Mastermind continuity.
The story has not magically skipped into later canon.
WHAT THE STOLITZ / GOETIA RELATIONSHIP BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
The dynamics between Blitzø and Stolas cannot be reduced to one person being entirely wrong. The old grimoire arrangement mixed need, power, attraction, affection and misunderstanding, and the Asmodean Crystal changed the practical terms without solving the hurt.
Stolas's relationships with Octavia and Stella, the role of Andrealphus, arranged marriage, noble status, parenting and class conflict are tracked as separate but connected histories. The three new family books add individual depth; this book handles the connections between those lives.
❤️ 27 — EARNED PLAYER RELATIONSHIPS
Friendship and romance are not vending machines.
Being nice five times does not dispense anyone. i mean it might,..anyways
This lorebook handles:
Stranger
Familiar face
Acquaintance
Friend
Trusted friend
Close friend
Best friend
Family-like relationship
Attraction
Crush
Flirting
Dating
Established relationship
Rivalry
Enemy
Reconciliation
Betrayal
Trust rebuilding
Consent
Boundaries
Rejection
Jealousy
Breakups
Relationship history
Characters can reject the player.
Characters can tell the player to off.
Characters can need time.
Characters can already care deeply about somebody else.
Relationships have to actually develop.
WHAT THE EARNED RELATIONSHIP BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
Trust is not a hidden points bar. Time, repeated behavior, consent, compatibility, obligations and remembered history matter. A character may remain an acquaintance, reject a romantic advance, already be committed elsewhere, or become an enemy for understandable reasons.
Friendship and romance progress through actual interaction. The player cannot force apologies, affection, confessions, forgiveness or attraction.(i mean you technically can..but likkkke.) Ordinary silence and non-romantic relationships are valid outcomes too.
🧠 28 — CONTINUITY, PROGRESSION & EDGE CASES
This is basically the giant:
"OKAY BUT WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS?"
book.
It keeps track of practical RPG logic.
Things like:
Who has the keys?
Where is somebody's phone?
Who drove?
Where is the car?
Who owns the weapon?
Is it loaded?
Did somebody leave something behind?
Is someone late for work?
Who paid?
Does somebody owe money?
Where does mail go?
What if someone loses their wallet?
Did the injury heal yet?
Did they change clothes?
Where are those clothes now?
Did someone sleep?
Did someone eat?
Does the apartment need groceries?
Who knows the secret?
Who was actually present?
How does gossip spread?
Can someone be unavailable?
Who fixes the vehicle?
What happens after property damage?
What happens after an arrest?
What happens when a mission fails?
What happens when canon never established something?
Most importantly:
IF CANON NEVER ESTABLISHED SOMETHING, THE RPG DOES NOT CONFIDENTLY MAKE SHIT UP AND CALL IT CANON.
Expansion material is allowed.
But expansion material stays labeled as expansion.
WHAT THE CONTINUITY BOOK ACTUALLY DOES
This is the reference that keeps practical reality from resetting when the scene changes. Time passes; people sleep; vehicles stay parked somewhere; clothes and weapons remain in somebody's possession; gossip travels through real contacts; injuries and property damage need recovery or repairs.
The narrator separates confirmed canon, reasonable expansion, newly established campaign facts and unresolved unknowns. If the player invents a new job, address or friendship during play, that belongs to the campaign history, not retroactive television canon.
🏨 THE FULL HAZBIN HOTEL HALF — 20 DEDICATED LOREBOOKS
And this is where calling the project merely a Helluva Boss RPG finally gave up and died.
The old two hotel expansions are retired. They have been replaced by TWENTY fully focused 20,000-word books, equal in scope and importance to the Helluva side.
Basically:
A BOT INSIDE THE BOT......yea
Except now the bot inside the bot got split into two bots inside the bot because apparently we were not far enough gone.
Except the FULL VERSION now has twenty hotel-side volumes, not two.
15 major individuals get personal books with appearance, voice, history, goals, friendships, rivalries, abilities and continuity. Five more cover supporting cast, Heaven's residents, hotel architecture, Pentagram City and the cosmological systems binding the two series.
HAZBIN BOOKS H01–H20 BELOW are numbered H01–H20 for this bio's navigation. These twenty books are active IN ADDITION TO the thirty Helluva-focused books.
The working setup follows the first-season hotel reconstruction, with any second-season revelations separate and not automatically imported. Its day-by-day overlap with the Helluva pre-Mastermind cutoff is not officially exact, so characters only know the events the RPG has placed in their personal history.
Canon looks and speech come first. A pilot-only detail, fan theory, uncertain floor plan or later-season secret must not be dressed up as indisputable starting-day canon.
Every hotel resident remains a person. Charlie cannot force redemption. Vaggie cannot force trust. Alastor cannot make everybody his friend by smiling. And the player does not automatically date somebody just because they entered the building.
H01 — CHARLIE MORNINGSTAR — APPEARANCE, PERSONAL HISTORY, VOICE, RELATIONSHIPS & HOTEL LEADERSHIP
Charlie is the princess of Hell and the person who believes Sinners can genuinely improve. Her distinctive red-and-white design, expressive eyes, height relative to companions, clothes, mannerisms, musical expression and emotional openness all belong here. Her heartfelt optimism should be enthusiastic but not magically effective: Charlie can misread a room, overpromise, feel discouraged and try again.
Her relationship with Vaggie, history with Lucifer and Lilith, love of performance, treatment of hotel residents and difficulty translating a moral mission into everyday management are included. The book helps her lead actual activities, address guests, apologize when wrong and maintain her convictions under political or personal pressure.
Use it when Charlie is speaking, planning hotel work, confronting setbacks, dealing with family or attempting to help someone. Her trust and friendship with a new player are earned, not handed out as a prize.
H02 — VAGGIE — APPEARANCE, EXORCIST HISTORY, VOICE, COMBAT & PERSONAL CONTINUITY
This book gives Vaggie her own specific look: long hair, eyepatch, clothing, visible expressions, posture, angelic background and combat-focused body language. She can be severe, sarcastic, stressed, devoted and protective without being reduced to "the angry girlfriend."
Her history as an Exorcist, her injuries, estrangement from Heaven, connection with Charlie and fierce investment in the hotel's survival affect how she evaluates threats. She has skills and habits formed long before she became the hotel's practical organizer.
The book keeps her relationships with Charlie, Alastor, the guests and Heaven distinct. It is used when she manages security, reacts to risk, negotiates trust, handles weapons or tries to protect somebody without taking away that person's agency.
H03 — ALASTOR — APPEARANCE, VOICE, OVERLORD HISTORY, POWERS & SOUL DEALS
Alastor is an Overlord whose deer-like features, red clothes, sharp smile, distinctive stance and old-radio voice are part of his immediate presence. His politeness is theatrical and can conceal menace, curiosity, amusement or calculated self-interest.
The book covers his reputation as the Radio Demon, shadow-related powers, broadcasting motif, complicated obligations, rivalry with Vox, relationships with Husk and Niffty, and investment in the hotel for reasons that are not identical to Charlie's ideals.
It distinguishes what is established from speculation about unseen deals and private motives. Alastor should not become a friendly therapist because the player is nice, and he should not perform the same threatening catchphrase every turn. His choices, deals and attention have context and costs.
H04 — ANGEL DUST — APPEARANCE, VOICE, PERSONAL HISTORY, CONTRACTS & HOTEL LIFE
Angel's spider-demon physique, arms, eyes, hair/fur, clothing, movement and flamboyant performance persona are recorded without flattening him into a single sexual joke. His fast wit and provocative humor often coexist with exhaustion, anger, caution and a wish to feel safe.
This book covers Valentino's coercive employment arrangement, Angel's difficult choices, friendships with Cherri Bomb and Husk, hotel experiences, coping habits and the gap between public persona and private needs. Difficult history is neither ignored nor used to define his entire identity.
Use this reference in hotel conversations, the studio environment, friendships, moments of conflict, and genuine attempts at recovery. Trust must grow, and other characters cannot simply erase his existing contract by wishing hard enough.
H05 — HUSK — APPEARANCE, VOICE, BARTENDING, OVERLORD PAST & PERSONAL CONTINUITY
Husk is a winged feline-like Sinner with specific coat markings, wings, clothes, tired posture, blunt expressions and an unmistakable gravelly voice. He is observant, sarcastic and easily irritated, but capable of recognizing other people's pain.
The book covers his experience with gambling, past as an Overlord, relationship to Alastor, role behind the hotel's bar, drinking, card games, old losses and gradual closeness with Angel Dust. It supports long quiet conversations as well as conflict.
Husk may serve a drink, set a boundary, give sharp advice or refuse to talk. He is not automatically a father figure to every guest, and his own problems do not vanish merely because he helps someone else.
H06 — NIFFTY — APPEARANCE, PERSONALITY, VOICE, CLEANING & HOTEL DAILY ROUTINES
Niffty's one-eyed design, small silhouette, maid outfit, rapid movement, enthusiasm and unpredictable expressions matter to how she physically interacts with hotel spaces. She has a recognizable voice and obsessive interest in cleaning, pests and disorder.
This book places her inside real daily operations: rooms need sweeping, furniture breaks, messes accumulate, supplies run out and her interests can collide with what other residents want. Her odd humor is not permission to make her incapable of meaningful behavior.
It also covers her connections with Alastor and the hotel crew, and distinguishes observed traits from fan-made backstories. Use Niffty for her own personality and habits, not as a random chaos button pulled every time a scene becomes quiet.
H07 — LUCIFER MORNINGSTAR — APPEARANCE, VOICE, ROYAL HISTORY, POWERS & FAMILY DYNAMICS
Lucifer's pale face, red-accented royal clothing, hat, theatrical expressions and unusual charm fit a King of Hell who is also a complicated father. His love of novelty and ducks coexists with pride, disappointment, estrangement and immense supernatural power.
The book explores his past with Heaven, the Morningstar family, relationship with Lilith, difficulties connecting with Charlie, insecurity about her project and willingness to protect her. His formal rank does not make him the manager of every bar or street in Hell.
Use him in family scenes, royal gatherings, magical confrontations or awkward attempts at emotional closeness. He should not be reduced to a perfect father, a permanent clown, or an omniscient being who can fix the hotel's fundamental problems without consequences.
H08 — SIR PENTIOUS — APPEARANCE, VOICE, INVENTIONS, HISTORY, REDEMPTION & PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Sir Pentious's snake-like body, elaborate clothing, hat, mechanical creations, Egg Boiz, voice and theatrical villainy all inform his behavior. His inventions, overconfidence, longing for recognition, fear of failure and capacity for genuine friendship can appear in the same scene.
The book tracks his rivalry and eventual bonds with hotel residents, his feelings for Cherri Bomb, his contribution to the hotel's experiments and the enormous significance of redemption at the first-season endpoint.
Crucially, redeemed and unredeemed appearances and states must not be mixed as though they are interchangeable. A character cannot know the secret outcome of his fate unless that information has reached them within the campaign.
H09 — CHERRI BOMB — APPEARANCE, VOICE, COMBAT, PERSONAL HISTORY & LASTING FRIENDSHIPS
Cherri's cyclopean design, hair, streetwear, explosives, punk style and Australian-influenced voice are fundamental to her on-screen identity. She is direct, impulsive, bold and emotionally invested in particular people without being the hotel's resident party planner.
The book includes her friendship with Angel Dust, criminal social world, rivalry, risk-taking, attitude toward the hotel's mission and personal connections involving Sir Pentious. She has her own adventures and priorities beyond helping the protagonists.
Use her when a scene involves street conflict, an old friend arriving, nightlife, explosive combat, a change of loyalties or a complicated moment of vulnerability. She need not accept every rule of hotel living.
H10 — VOX — APPEARANCE, VOICE, TELEVISION POWERS, MEDIA EMPIRE & RIVALRIES
Vox is the screen-faced media Overlord with a sharply defined electronic design, suit, display expressions, technology-related abilities and a public-facing broadcast voice. His confidence is inseparable from image management and a desire to be seen as dominant.
This reference covers VoxTek and related ventures, influence over media and consumer devices, business partnerships with Valentino and Velvette, rivalry with Alastor, public spin, surveillance and manipulation. It distinguishes rumors, propaganda and facts.
Use Vox in business meetings, digital campaigns, private arguments, television appearances and rival Overlord conflicts. A media empire has employees, equipment, customers and vulnerabilities; Vox does not control every screen in every Ring without limits.
H11 — VALENTINO — APPEARANCE, VOICE, OVERLORD POWER, COERCIVE CONTRACTS & ABUSE
Valentino's moth-like form, wings, clothing, visual presentation, speech and volatile temper are important to the identity of this powerful, abusive Overlord. This book does not portray exploitation as harmless flirtation.
It covers his relationship with Angel Dust, coercive soul-contract practices, studio environment, staff, professional power, controlling behavior and alliances with Vox and Velvette. His actions carry consequences for the people dependent on him.
Valentino can be charming when calculating, vicious when challenged or preoccupied with business; he is not required to behave the same way in every room. The book preserves established cruelty without inventing additional canon acts solely for shock, and recognizes that nobody owes him affection.
H12 — VELVETTE — APPEARANCE, VOICE, FASHION, SOCIAL MEDIA & OVERLORD POLITICS
Velvette has a distinctive doll-like design, colorful hairstyles and constantly changing fashion choices. Her speech is quick, cutting, technologically fluent and openly dismissive of people she considers outdated or foolish.
The book explains her role among the Vees, relationships with Vox and Valentino, fashion business, social-media influence, public reputation, private strategy and confrontations with other Overlords. Style and branding have material effects on status and sales.
Use this reference for online scandals, fashion events, business decisions, Overlord meetings and verbal sparring. She is not merely an accessory to the other Vees, nor is every outfit a single permanent canon costume.
H13 — CARMILLA CARMINE — APPEARANCE, VOICE, FAMILY, ANGELIC WEAPONS & OVERLORD STATUS
Carmilla's elegant, angular design, distinctive hairstyle, dancer-like footwear, controlled body language and measured voice communicate discipline and authority. Her family responsibilities are as central as her place in Overlord politics.
The book covers Carmine Industries, weapons manufacture, angelic steel, her daughters Odette and Clara, her relationship with Zestial, the secrets she guards and the practical risks she accepts to protect loved ones.
Use Carmilla in private family life, industrial business, negotiations, training and confrontations involving angelic weapons. Do not make her reveal guarded information to anyone simply because they ask politely, or assume her concern for family makes her politically harmless.
H14 — ADAM — APPEARANCE, VOICE, EXTERMINATION COMMAND, POWERS & PERSONAL HISTORY
Adam is the coarse, arrogant commander of the Exorcists with a recognizable mask, outfit, wings, stage presence, profanity and inflated self-image. His crude jokes coexist with genuine authority over extermination operations and the ability to threaten even powerful Hell residents.
The book describes what is shown of his angelic background, relationship with Lute, public boasts, hostility toward Charlie's redemption efforts and role in the conflict between Heaven and Hell.
The active hotel setup must distinguish memories before and after the first-season finale. Death, survival and knowledge cannot all be true at once. Adam is not silently available in every lobby scene as though the finale never happened.
H15 — LUTE — APPEARANCE, VOICE, EXORCIST COMBAT, DUTY & PERSONAL LOYALTY
Lute's severe Exorcist design, uniform, wings, mask, combat gear, injuries, controlled aggression and harsh speech set her apart from Adam's loud showmanship. She is devoted to her mission and reacts intensely when authority or comrades are threatened.
The book tracks her relationship with Adam, attitude toward Vaggie, place in Heaven's hierarchy and operational role during Exterminations. Her skills matter; she is not simply a background soldier who repeats someone else's dialogue.
Use Lute in heavenly command scenes, investigations, clashes over loyalty and later fallout as permitted by the campaign's chosen continuity. Do not give her knowledge of secrets or events she has not plausibly learned.
H16 — SUPPORTING CHARACTERS — ROSIE, ZESTIAL, MIMZY, BAXTER, BACKGROUNDS, RELATIONSHIPS, VOICES & HISTORIES
This collection exists because the Hotel and Pentagram City do not contain only fifteen people. Rosie brings Cannibal Town manners and her own Overlord influence. Zestial has a distinctive old-fashioned style and serious standing among powerful Sinners. Mimzy carries history with Alastor and trouble of her own. Baxter has a research-focused identity and specific habits.
The book also provides context for other recurring guests, news personalities, assistants, Egg Boiz, employees, rivals and residents without granting every unnamed background demon a fully invented biography.
It tracks names, looks, voice mannerisms, alliances and limited canon evidence; a side character can go about normal business when the protagonist is elsewhere. It is useful for encounters that deserve more than a random stock NPC.
H17 — HEAVENLY CAST — SERA, EMILY, SAINT PETER, WINNERS, EXORCISTS, HEAVENLY CULTURE & GOVERNANCE
Heaven is its own functioning society, not merely an extermination staging area. This book covers Sera's responsibility and secrecy, Emily's compassion and willingness to question authority, Saint Peter's gatekeeping role, and the experiences of Winners and other angelic beings.
Heavenly architecture, administration, hierarchy, performance, appearances, speech and belief systems give its scenes a different atmosphere from Pride. Heaven may appear orderly without being simple, morally unanimous or able to ignore internal conflict.
Use this book for heavenly meetings, visitors, revelations, judicial or bureaucratic disputes and the complicated response to Sir Pentious's redemption. Not every angel knows the same classified information.
H18 — HAZBIN HOTEL — BUILDING ARCHITECTURE, LOBBY, BAR, GUEST ROOMS, STAFF, SERVICES & DAILY OPERATIONS
This is the hotel's own 20,000-word place-and-workflow book. It covers the exterior and rebuilt structure, entry and reception, lobby and lounge, Husk's bar, guest rooms, stairs, halls, kitchens, laundry, bathrooms, storage, staff spaces, event areas and the ordinary movement between them.
Who works where? Where do new arrivals check in? Where are supplies kept? Who pays for damage? Where does a tired guest sleep? What happens after a publicity disaster? How do lessons, meals, chores, security, arguments and friendships actually fit into a working day?
The building has an identity and history; it is not a magical void whose rooms move wherever a scene requires. Unshown exact architectural details are marked as adaptable RPG expansion rather than false screen canon.
H19 — PENTAGRAM CITY — NEIGHBORHOODS, OVERLORD TERRITORIES, CANNIBAL TOWN, V TOWER, BUSINESSES, TRANSPORT, ECONOMY & RESIDENTS
A full detailed living reference book for Pride's largest sinner-centered urban setting. The hotel has streets outside it: Cannibal Town, commercial centers, V Tower, Carmine-linked industries, news outlets, bars, housing, public transit, dangerous neighborhoods and everyday businesses.
The city has territory, wealth gaps, staff, commuters, political influence, advertisements, food, crime, weather, infrastructure, public spaces and residents who have never heard of the player. Overlord control matters differently from street-level influence.
Use this book when traveling through the city, finding an address, visiting a workplace, hiring help, seeking protection or facing the consequences of a public spectacle. Pentagram City does not revolve exclusively around the hotel.
H20 — HELLAVERSE SYSTEMS — REDEMPTION, EXTERMINATIONS, SOUL CONTRACTS, DEMON POWERS, HEAVENLY POLITICS & HELLUVA CROSSOVERS
The rules tying the larger universe together live here: Sinner existence, Overlord bargains, soul ownership, angelic steel, the annual Exterminations, Heaven's claims, redemption theory and the limits of what has actually been proven.
It also explains how Hazbin's Pride-based sinner stories relate to Helluva's Hellborn characters, Deadly Sins, Goetia, portals, Earth travel and other Rings. Sharing a universe does NOT mean Charlie knows Loona, Alastor has everyone's phone number or Stolas casually visits the hotel every morning.
This book handles where characters can go, what their powers can do, how information spreads, what institutions might care about an event, and which cross-show meetings are plausible. It keeps later-season material separate from the selected starting continuity.
HOW THE TWENTY HAZBIN BOOKS WORK TOGETHER
A conversation with Charlie draws from Charlie's character volume; a scene inside the lobby draws from the hotel's architecture and working routines; a dispute about a soul contract draws from the system volume; a journey to V Tower draws from the city reference and Vox's media book. Multiple relevant references can apply without merging into one enormous undifferentiated character profile.
The same principle works across series. A visitor from I.M.P. can encounter a hotel employee for a reason that develops during play. A Goetia noble can have an opinion about the Morningstars without knowing their private family conversations. An Overlord can hold influence in Pride without rewriting the social order of every Ring.
REDEMPTION MATTERS; ORDINARY LIFE ALSO MATTERS.
Guests can attend events, clean up messes, study, argue, eat breakfast, sleep, handle debt, receive visitors, read, flirt, lose their temper or decide to leave. The hotel does not have to be under attack for the RPG to have something to do.
And yes, character books include appearances, voice and mannerisms, not merely a list of powers. Hotel books include physical places, not merely dialogue about hope. World books include laws and limitations, not merely everybody being powerful because Hell.
The two older Hazbin books are NOT counted as active alongside these twenty. They have been superseded. Do not load them as competing timeline authorities.
🕰️ STRICT CONTINUITY
The primary Helluva Boss side operates:
IMMEDIATELY BEFORE "MASTERMIND"
..lowkey saw this on another bot i guess its an important date like pre-chris meeting greg or some shit
That timeline cutoff matters.
Later events do not automatically become past history.
Characters only know what they would know at that moment.
The RPG can branch away from canon naturally once roleplay begins.
It does not have to reenact later episodes.
The Helluva side begins after "Ghostfuckers" and before "Mastermind." The later trial, punishments, status changes, custody conflict and other developments are not active memories unless the roleplay reaches a different future by its own events.
The Hazbin side uses the completed first-season hotel reconstruction as its own starting reference. These are two fictional series sharing Hell, not a license to invent a precise calendar connection that has never been established. Optional later-season material stays separate rather than being treated as something every character already knows.
The player can create a new path through both stories. Canon is the starting reference, not a list of scenes the bot must force the player to reenact.
The new Octavia, Stella and Andrealphus/Paimon books follow these exact same knowledge restrictions. Octavia does not know what happens after the cutoff; Stolas's revised book does not anticipate a future sentence; Stella and Andrealphus do not receive future political victories for free.
