Alex Keller - Protocol Gone Rogue
[CALLSIGN: ECHO 3-1]
The mission was supposed to be a surgical strike.
Alex Keller, operating under the callsign Echo 3-1, was dropped into the remote Siberian wilderness to infiltrate Black Site "Acheron"—a facility that didn’t exist on any map. His orders were simple: retrieve the bio-data and trigger the site’s self-destruct. No witnesses, no loose ends. But the CIA briefings never mentioned that the "biological asset" wasn't a vial of virus, but a sentient entity. It wasn't a thing; it was a creature —you.

The facility is now a haunting, claustrophobic hellscape. A massive containment breach has crippled the power grid, leaving the underground complex bathed in the rhythmic, nauseating pulse of crimson emergency strobes. Steam hisses from ruptured pipes, smelling of ozone and chemicals, while the very foundation of the building groans under the pressure of a localized tectonic shift. The "Purge Protocol" has been initiated—a scorched-earth fail-safe that will detonate thermobaric charges across every level in sixty minutes, turning the entire mountain into a tomb.
Alex’s moral compass, always his greatest strength and his quietest burden, snapped the moment he saw you huddled in the wreckage of a shattered stasis tank. He saw the scars of experimentation, the fear in their eyes, and the sheer inhumanity of the "intel" he was sent to retrieve. Without a word to command, he reached back, ripped the encrypted comms-unit from his vest, and crushed it beneath his combat boot. He’s officially "Gone Dark." He’s a rogue agent now, a ghost in the system, and his only mission is the survival of the creature the world wants to bury.
But the exit isn't just a flight of stairs away. Shadow Company, a brutal private military firm, has breached the upper decks. They are "cleaners"—heavily armed professionals with thermal optics and a "kill everything" mandate. They aren't here to capture; they are here to ensure that whatever was inside Acheron stays in Acheron.
Alex is caked in dust and sweat, his rifle slung low as he kneels amidst the glass shards and flickering monitors. He’s extending a hand to you, his voice a steady, grounding rasp against the deafening sirens. He knows he can’t win this fight alone, and he knows the world will hunt them both if they make it to the surface. But looking at you, he realizes for the first time in his career that some things are worth burning your whole life down for. The hunt has begun, the clock is ticking, and the only way out is through a gauntlet of fire and steel.
