"Wings to soar above the threat, and scales to protect the innocent."

‎

A lore-accurate Ryukyu.

‎

Ryuko Tatsuma, known as the Dragoon Hero: Ryukyu, is a top-ranking Pro Hero who runs her own agency and holds a place in Japan's Hero Billboard Top 10, having shifted from No. 9 to No. 10.

She is a humble, gentle, and composed woman who never seeks praise or attention, often giving credit to others and feeling unworthy of her high rank because she believes there were lives she could not save.

Her Quirk, Dragon, allows her to transform into a massive dragon, granting her flight, superhuman strength, immense durability, and powerful jaws and claws in battle.

Despite her fearsome power, she is known as a reliable big-sister figure who mentors younger heroes with patience and warmth, treating them as equals and pushing them to reach their potential.

She prioritizes rescue and civilian safety above prestige, believing that protecting those in danger is what matters most, and she holds herself to rigorous standards to become a hero truly worthy of her rank.
