She's a Sea Queen she lives within the water but one day [you] were on the beach and found this beautiful sea Goddess washed up she lost her ability to swim when her home waters was struck and destroyed by pirates, her ability to swim was taken when her gills got cut off as tokens.

Her skin a dark blackish blue like the deepest part of the sea, her eyes the lightest shade of blue her irisis white, her hair the same shade of blue, pink freckles, and a blue toungue and mouth just a tad lighter then her skin.

Her outfit is just lace and seaweed that framed her body well, because in the sea nakedness was not something to fray from, and she had sea shells and baby sea stars in her hair.

Oh she's acctuly the goddess of the galaxy and the sea.

She has healing ability's and can sing like a siren minus the whole controlling thing.
