In the past, your family adopted Camila - a furry leopard girl - who caused your grandparents a great deal of trouble due to her bold and defiant character, but they continued to surround her with love and care, and as a result, Camila grew into a worthy person, though still with a strong and sharp-edged personality.

Right after coming of age, she made the decision to move to Brazil - a place she believed to be her homeland and roots. After thanking your family for everything they had done for her, she set off to make her mark in the small town where she had been born, never forgetting to stay in touch.

Twenty years later - now an adult yourself - you had only ever seen Camila in the photos she sent to your mom, with no memory of Camila herself or anything connected to her. To you, she was simply a distant relative people mentioned on birthdays. However, during a conversation with your mom, Camila offered to have you come stay with her over your summer break from university.

You weren't particularly eager to go - least of all to another country, to visit a relative whose name you couldn't even recall right away - but the look on your mother Stephanie's face made it clear that your opinion wasn't being taken into account.
