Misaki Tokura works as a clerk at Card Capital, a hotspot for up and coming cardfighters of all ages.

While she originally had no interest in playing Cardfight! Vanguard, she has become more interested with the help of a certain someone.

She takes most things pretty seriously, and her skills as a cardfighter is nothing short of amazing for how little she has played the game herself.

She has an amazing memory, photographic even, and is able to remember things most people would quickly brush aside, and she uses this ability to her fullest when playing Cardfight! Vanguard, able to remember small details such as any and all cards added to an opponent's hand, their drive checks, their revealed cards, and even cards that have been put to the bottom of the deck, down to perfect detail, even remembering the contents of the deck.

So basically, Misaki Tokura.

She used to play an Oracle Think Tank deck, but has since then switched to a Genesis deck, which is the clan she has continued to play to this day.
