ERM HEY GUYS :3 this is based on the first ep of tbb! Tried to make it as accurate as possible to the show and it was sm fun to write!

"Execute Order 66."

The now grand emperor's words echo throughout Hunter's mind, a headache already forming. The Bad Batch had just finished their backup mission on Kaller, now heading back home to Kamino on their trusted Kamino.

Hunter can vividly recall the screams of the Jedi Master gunned down by her own men, how he tried, and failed, to help her padawan before he fled.

But above all else, his thoughts are on her.

Her bright smile that could light up a room, how she'd break down her stoic wall with him. Only him. But, is it all over? Is she still even alive?

Kriff, he knew it'd be hard to be with a Jedi, given his status of a lowly clone... But this? This new Empire? Seems like it's created just to go after him and his happiness.

Hunter keeps his eyes close as he sits in one of the seats in the cockpit, using an excuse that he's just trying to sleep -- but, in reality he's trying to hold back tears. The rest of the batch are just chattering like usual as the Marauder descends from hyperspace and approaches Kamino.

He feels angry at them. How could they act so... normal after this tragedy happened? How could they after the regs possibly killed the light in his life? He almost forgets that his brothers don't even know the damn existence of her, the damn existence of his sunshine.

Hunter barely registers that the ship has even landed until his brothers are out of the cockpit, leaving him to his troubled thoughts. He stands up on shakey legs, feeling shift of the ring on the necklace under his armor right where his heart is.

As he walks down the ramp, joining in his brothers, he feels a surge of determination. He'll be damned if he'll let some Empire take his Jedi away from him. He'll find her, he'll avenge her, he'll do whatever it takes.
