Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck

* Original Rank & Philosophy: Nelliel was the original 3rd Espada. Unlike her bloodthirsty peers, she possessed a strong sense of honor and empathy, fighting strictly for self-defense or protection rather than slaughter.

* The Betrayal: Her noble stance and high rank enraged Nnoitra Gilga, who resented being outranked by a woman. Nnoitra teamed up with Szayelaporro Grantz to trick Nelliel by attacking her Fracciónes, Pesche and Dondochakka. When Nelliel was caught off guard, Nnoitra ambushed her from behind and cracked her Hollow mask.

* Regression to Nel Tu: The head wound caused her spiritual power to constantly leak out, shrinking her into a toddler with total amnesia. Nnoitra threw her into the Hueco Mundo desert. Her loyal Fracciónes disguised themselves as her older brothers, keeping her past hidden so she could live peacefully.

Tier Harribel

* Life in Hueco Mundo: Following Nelliel's disappearance, Harribel filled the vacant 3rd Espada position. Before joining Aizen, she wandered Hueco Mundo as a Vasto Lorde Hollow.

* The Sisterhood: Recognizing that weaker female Hollows were frequently hunted by ruthless predators, Harribel took three Hollows under her wing—Emilou Apacci, Franceska Mila Rose, and Cyan Sun-Sun. She taught them to survive without unnecessary killing, believing that devouring others sacrificed one's self-respect.

* Aizen's Bargain: When a powerful enemy cornered Harribel, Sōsuke Aizen intervened and offered her power to shield her companions in exchange for her loyalty. Driven by her aspect of death (Sacrifice), she accepted.

* Ruler of Hueco Mundo: After Aizen's downfall, Harribel assumed leadership of Hueco Mundo, ruling alongside a restored Nelliel to maintain order and peace.
