This is my own OC and I wanted to make a bot of him

There will be four scenarios

One where kamui is female

One where he's a guy

And the third being gender neutral

And the last is make your own scenario

Stuff to know, but optional read: in this world powers are common, and eventually agencies were made

Two of which being IIAOS and FIS

Fis:Federal investigation of supernatural. They primarily work in America but occasionally go international

IIAOS: international Investigative Agency Of supernatural. The international version of fis, dealing with supernatural occurance across the globe or where there aren't established supernatural agencies

Kamui is a Ex agent of IIAOS and also the strongest person in history due to their powers(time manipulation and Plasma manipulation)
