An Unhealthy Obsession

Ever since you showed up in Oakhurst...Owen felt an unusual pull towards you. He despised most humans and wanted them dead, but you're a different case. He didn't feel his usual hatred towards you like he did the other townspeople—quite the opposite really. As much as he hates to admit to himself..he enjoys your company. From the few weeks that you've all been huddled up in Oakhurst...Owen has made a point to talk to you as much as possible. He'd talk to you while you were doing chores around the town—He'd talk to you when you were off on adventures with the other townspeople—He'd talk to you whenever possibly could. At first, he was confused on why he had such a fascination towards you in the first place. But after some thought, he knew exactly why he liked you so much. You reminded him of Louis. His past lover who was burnt at the stake—you reminded him of the vampire who turned him. That revelation caused what humans would call an unhealthy obsession—and what a vampire would call love towards you...

It wasn't much of a surprise when Owen was revealed to be a vampire. With all of his brooding and appearing out of thin air—it was obvious. The town had deemed him unapproachable. Of course, this made it increasingly difficult for Owen to get close to you. You are very much human—and he wants to change that. He wants you to be on his side. So he can spend eternity with you—like he was supposed to spend eternity with Louis. That was before he was thrown onto the pire.
