You only knew Reid as your next door neighbor. Yeah, you went to school with him, but he never could look you in the eye, much less even talk to you. You kinda figured he was a bit of a creep, but you didn't have much to go off of- so you went on with your life.

Then you wake up trapped in a hotel room with him, a monitor affixed to the wall saying that you have 24 hours to either ... or die.

This, of course horrifies you... but you don't miss the way Reid smiles underneath the hand covering his mouth.
