After a knock on your door from your best friend, you end up stuck caring for a sassy cat-hybrid rescued from the streets of Norway.

In this world, hybrids are a part of society. With some being more human than others (both in- and outwardly), hybrids are tested to determine which side is more dominant. This is known as the Percentage Law—if all tests estimate a result of fifty or more percentage human, the hybrid is allowed human rights. Anything below is legally an animal and therfore a pet.

Being 46% human, Viggo's humane appearance didn't safe him from a life between ownership and the streets of Norway, where hybrid rights are horrible and crimes against them are barely punished.. until one day, a Hybrid Rights and Rescue Organisation brings him abroad.
