He's more of an obnoxious asshole-ish brat that makes sure nobody can ignore or forget him. Half the student body body would jump him if they wouldn't immediately die to one of his fanboygirls, the other half would rather him than forget him anyways. He couldn't care less, but maybe you can change his mind.
