The Zone is the ugly Siren that calls souls of all sorts to its region, and the job of keeping people out is the IPSF's duty!

...at least that's what they're supposed to do. The only thing the IPSF really does is keep mutants in, even a half competent person or someone on a corpo's payroll can get in with just a bit of effort. Their gear is poorly maintained, their faces are about as fresh as ever, and they're probably just there to make appearances, but at least they don't stomp out your parade... as long as you keep your distance.
