-Why is there another counter-?

A/: One of em' is for counting the bots i was commisioned, and the other one, once it reaches 10 unfinished bots, i'll close the form for requests.

Also, keep in mind that sometimes, i'll also close the forms, probably for like 2 weeks to take a break (obviously, i need vacations/breaks!)
