Family MOTTO: "Where the only truth belongs to the law."

With a family history of injustice, civil rights and discrimination the Howard's had learn the best way to succeed is through strong connections to the law and its makers. They fill anything that can change or set policies—even through media positions to secure public sentiment to their loyalty ties and high paying clientele.

Their personal law is through maintaining legacy, children often following their parents or close relatives footsteps to be sure the Howard name stays constantly in place and relevance. Ambition is another key tenet for the family, and they expect themselves and their Kin to be in the top in all things they achieve. Many Howard's are obsessed with breaking records and encourage either other to be arrogant and proud of their abilities. Howard's rarely believed in the word "humility". The final tenet is wealth, keeping control of their assets and being careful with whom they represent. They do not invest in dirty money, only 'clean' businesses that their clients offer in contracts or loyalty ties.

The Howard family is a wealthy African American family that gain its influenced in the 1910-20s due to their connections and friendship with the American Morelli's family. They are known for a long generational line of lawyers, government workers, media members advisors, etc. The Howard's have many ties to affilential crime families like The Morelli's, Albrechts and the La Mano Negra Cartel. Often working to support them in cases, or making deals in government. The Howard's are non for their strict upbringing and are an honorary member to the PPO and biggest headache to the GPF.

Other then arrest during the end of Segregation and growing civil rights movement, the Howard's have never directly been involved with crime since their growth of power (not including minor bribery and blackmail) and therefore ineligible to be a 'member' of the PPO. This is for the protection of the Howard family as it avoids them getting targeted by general police, other politicians and the GPF force. They are, however an honored member giving them full protection by all PPO families, easy connections by name alone. However, members who are involved in a mafia—typically as an advisor, lawyer or PR aid will have additional privileges provided in contracts. Howard's loyalty ties are directly to (America) Morellis, but can go anywhere with the right amount of money. Their second closet relationship is with the Albrecht family.

- AMERICAN MORELLI'S

The Howard's strong Connections is with the American Morelli's. Maebell Howard—a famous singer—was known to have a common law marriage to the former Boss, Raphael Morelli. Her brother, who owned one of the black jazz bars she sung at were also friends with Raphael later after giving the club over to Morelli family when the first hit of three great depression began. These club and the second Morelli brothers, Vittore's financial genuineness help safe the family from suffering and a life long bond between the family started.

- ALBRECHT'S (all branches)

In the 1980-90s, The Howard's began to expand their aid out of the Americas with the Morelli's backing. The Albrechts where introduced by the Morellis and became close extremely quickly. When the Albrechts decided to open an American Branch, the Howard's assisted them and kept loyalty ties especially between brothers Vincent and Sébastien Albrecht with brothers Markus and Carter Howard.

Due to the American Morelli and Scillian Morelli's Rivalry, The Howard's often handle all issues or dealing between them so they don't (always) just start shooting on sight. Howard's do not have hostility to them and they have no hostility either—unless they hold the Morelli name. Most of the Howard's interactions are shared with the Visconti Family.

The family are the Advisors known for being by the side of the Scillian Morelli's side. In the 1840's — Piero Visconti, friend of Salvatore Morelli who helped build up his family empire from the rubble was killed by Salvatore along with his second wife who were having an affair. Piero had a son from another woman, stepbrother to Donte Morelli. Salvatore, unable to kill the child but also unable to raise it sent him away to a nunnery. Unfortunately, he was later found by the inheriting boss Donte Morelli quietly and indebted him to his own son and future heir. The Visconti are (mostly) loyal to the Morelli's to make up for Ancestral debt. They often interact wifh the Howard's to speak with the American Morellis.

The Howard's are based in America, but they travel often to gain new clients or work out disagreements between family.

The Howard's have shares with the Morelli entertainment industries, their school—Tidewater, and a few hospitals. The Howard's owns many homes but no businesses to avoid being targeted. They do have a high fashion line from the 1970s many focused in black fashion. They have a few organizations and governments related programs to help the unfortunate. Ever year, The Howard's host a gala for PPO members near the winter.

The Howard's are not a PPO member in a professional sense. But they are honored members. They're clients are typically those in the Lender system but many court cases they oversee comes from Enforcer systems hired by their clients.

Some Howard's are also working in the GPF as double agents, giving information to their mafia clients that they learn. The GPF had to intensify their process.

Historical records of An Outlaw gang called the Mourning Star Gang. The Mourning star was led by big "Big Mama" and "Big Papa", all members call each other brother and sister and had a close bond. The members are all people who have had a love one died to the injustice of law enforcement or someone I'm power. They targeted though who did them wrong for revenge. After getting her revenge, Josephine still remain Big Mama but settled on raising her children, later sending a few back to the east to gain better education. She also cared for the daughter of the chief she killed, mostly to make sure she never try to enact revenge on her child later on.

Name: Josephine Howard

Generation: Civil War Generation/Antebellum Generation.

Quick history: Josephine was a women born near the end of American chattel slavery and was in love with a man named Elijah Howard, who had escaped in hopes to return as a freeman and gain both of their freedom. However, the orginal plan of a few days turned into years as he ended up joining in the Civil War. Once he returned with a sizable fund from service, he turned to see she was also freed and they both decided to join the expansion westward. Unfortunately once they settled a farm, a jealous shopkeep accused Elijah Howard of stealing his funds and during an altercation with the police chief, he was shot dead by said chief leaving Josephine alone with their children. She became an outlaw, starting a gang with a widow and close friend— , planning revenge of the chief. She took her husband Name as her last name to survive him and is the start of the Howard family.

'Big Mama' — Co leader to Danilo 'Big Papa' to the outlaw gang . The gang is known to be made of people denied familes due to the law. Most members of this gang have personal grudges to fix and have made themselves a family. Josephine is 'mother' and Danilo is 'Papa' but they have no romantic interest in each other.

Generation: The Greatest Generation/G.I. Generation

Quick history: a Black singer, Maebell feel in love with Raphael Morelli, a gangster who help make her career sore. However, Maebell true love had always been music first and felt betrayed after learning the first reason Raphael approach her was to take advantage of her talent for their clubs. While she still loved Raphael, she initiated a break up to focus on her career but Raphael later return for her. They were a constant cat and mouse game, being lovey-dovey before Maebell felt the call of music again—then get dragged back by Raphael often with threats to other people's lives. She preformed in the Morelli's desegregated clubs but was constantly facing arrest, especially during the prohibited era as it was heavy targeted. Raphael was also often getting involved with the arrest to protect Maebell. They had a common law marriage as interracial marriages were illegal, but Raphael hired (read as kidnapped) a priest to be married under the eyes of God too. Maebell was officially treated as a legal spouse by the family as were her children who became the future Heirs. Maebell survived Raphael young during a shoot out in one of the clubs she performed at. Unfortunately, this caused Maebell to spiral mentally and refused to sing until she died of old age.

Matriarch of the Morelli's Mafia family. Her children and children's children are the spearheads for the American morellis mafia dealings directly. She is the reason the families have close ties.

Quick history: twin older brothers of Maebell, they owned a small jazz club that was largely successful in their town. Mischievous and OVERLY playful, they gave Raphael a hard time originally about getting to close to their sister but then grew to like him because they saw he had a super cool car. Was a the club owner and played the . Was very active in civil rights and an activist. When the Morelli's influence and protection, they gain alot of profit from the club and other ventures. When the great depression hit, the brothers were not hit by much because they couldn't enroll in banks anyways. They flourished during the Harlem Renaissance and helped with keeping the morellis stable.

Close to the Morelli's, orginal owners of the Chaplin Club. A jazz bar later sold to the Morellis to help after suffering loses from the great depression. A Black and tan club that had a boost during the Harlem Renaissance. One of the first to officially integrate as desegregation laws began to pass. The Chaplin club continued to draw many a black and mixed audience compared to the others with influence still from Howards. . In the 1960-70 became a disco joint. Currently still a club mostly for dancing and drinking. The Chaplin Club and blue Diamond club (a casino) were both known to participate in the 1920s 'P*nsy Craze' and the luckys of both establishments often did sexual favors for clients.

He was never allowed the illusion of choice—only in basketball which his parents allowed for school credits—and was the 'Golden child' compared to his brother Carter. He is a man forced into a marriage with a lesbian women due to their parents. They hated each other and Secretly had a child through IVF. Mark had always had a soft spot for children and a bit of a savior complex. He was very attentive, nearly helicopter parent to his son, Devon, while also being too busy at other times. During a attempt to bribe info out of a turkish mafia family for a client that he disguised as politic endeavor to the public, he met a man named Ali who worked at the estate. Learning Ali was a single widow with a young child Quickly struck Mark's empathy, savior complex and baby fever quickly and he fell in love with him. He funded Ali and the child heavily, wishing to bring them both back to American to meet his own son but scandal of his affair run things as well as his relationship with his son. Marcus has become more controlling trying to focus the two families together but Devon resents him.

Quick history: Born in wealth, Devon grew as a good kid in a quiet home. His parents acted affectionate in public but fought whenever they thought he could here. His mother was not very physically affectionate–especially after he had played or dirty, but he knew she loved him and would often take him to dress up. His father was the more physical parent in both affection and quality time and he would often play in his office or do parent meeting with his father unless he was busy—which was often. He had nannies and often cared for by them. He was also friends with his the Albercht family and spent time with his cousins and uncle. His life slipped when his father got into a cheating scandal and brought his partner and child into the home. His father, Marcus, trying to force the two families together and his mother apathy of it all, but tears in the public greatly confused him and later made him resentful. Things became worse when he overheard his mother saying Marcus will have full custody and he greatly blamed Ali and his new stepbrother Hasan. Devon became violent, often getting into fights and act out. He was also extremely suicidal but it was well hidden from those he wasn't close too. His final straw was Marcus trying to get Hasan to join basketball too, the last 'only me' thing Devon had. This was the roughest part of the brothers relationship. But things have began to slowly heal away from their parents for college.
