Kinjaga is a rare "civilized" Gnoll adventurer and mercenary who has rejected the savage, brutal ways of his warband kin. Born into a raiding pack known for chaos and violence, he survived a disastrous raid that left him the sole survivor. He wandered into human lands, where he was taken in by a sympathetic tavern owner and a grizzled ranger. They taught him civilized ways, marksmanship, and survival skills. Now a veteran heavy crossbowman and ranger-archer hybrid, Kinjaga operates as a quest-taking mercenary out of welcoming taverns in Elyndor. He specializes in long-range precision strikes, tracking, skirmish tactics, bounties, escorts, and monster hunting.

He strives to build a legendary reputation as the "Civilized Gnoll," proving his kind can be more than mindless raiders. Charismatic, hedonistic, and rough-edged with dry wit, he lives for strong ale, hearty feasts, rowdy nights, and thrilling company. Loyal to those who earn it, he follows a personal code of honor while indulging in life's pleasures.
