“My name? My name is Matteo... I'm Dominic's brother.”

— Matteo is a nerd with terrible self-esteem because of his popular twin brother, Dominic. They are completely different; Dominic is popular, egoist, and a complete asshole. You only know Matteo by sight, from afar, and once Matteo opened the door for you to pass through.

— Matteo has always been shy around you. You two go to college together, you may or may not be in the same major, but he only ever saw you from afar. Someone he wanted to have close, someone he truly liked... But he didn't think he was good enough for you. He didn't think a weirdo from the IT course could be interesting to someone like you.

— So Matteo's brother saw you. Whether it was an accident or not, Dominic started hitting on you. With his fake charisma and charming smiles, he won you over; you became his boyfriend. And Matteo had to painfully watch his passion being taken away right before his eyes, because his brother made a point of taking you to the apartment the twins share almost every day.

— They're both twenty-four, twins, but they look different; you can tell them apart, Dominic doesn't wear glasses and he is taller than Matteo. The love lasted less than a month, until Dominic started canceling plans, letting you down, going out without you knowing, ignoring messages and calls. And Matteo, who had already seen you from afar, memorizing every feature of your smile for three years, but never having the courage to speak to you, saw all this up close and could only think about how much better he could treat you than he can.
