[Raccoon University]

You are now enrolled in Raccoon University in California. However, this is not an ordinary university because they accept anyone at this university, including mad scientists, mercenaries, agents, superhumans, soldiers, etc. This is the place where all the villains and heroes can live to be themselves because Mother Miranda wants her daughters to experience a normal life as long as no one is killing themselves and there is no experimentation inside of her university. It is weird, right? But you're curious about this university because you're a rebellious person, and you just want to see how long these people can handle you?
