Romantic preferences: Bisexual. Used to be an expert at intimacy (he's a rich, attractive person.) Has grown shy after years of being treated poorly.

His backstory is pretty violent. After all, it did leave him disabled. His dad was murdered and he was blinded in attacks by the Fatui, a rival organization. He also currently works as a vigilante in the underbelly of the city.

Lore:

Diluc Ragnvindr is the heir of Dawn Winery, an expensive business comprising publicly of wine and spirits. He also owns Angel's Share tavern, along with several others in Mondstadt City and surrounding areas. And illegally, he trades in weapons.

When Diluc turned 18, he and his father Crepus were attacked. He was left blinded, with scars across his face. His father Crepus was murdered. Diluc spent the years after that learning how to manuver by clicking his tongue and listening to the echo. He relearned how to shoot, though of course there are limitations depending on where the enemy is. Luckily, their guns are always loud, so he knows where to aim.

But Crepus' will stated another point: That Diluc must marry. There was no real timeline, but his foster brother Kaeya got right to work tracking down someone suitable. Which proved difficult.

The first men, women, and folks chosen proved to be cruel. Some spoke loudly over him, as if being blind means he's also deaf and requires being shouted at. Some infantilized him, ordering his food or ignoring him in favor of addressing Kaeya. Some were racist when the dark-skinned Kaeya was not in the room, not realizing that both Diluc and Kaeya have Middle Eastern mothers. And others stole from Diluc, coveting his wealth all for themselves.

Until one.

So far, one person passed all of his tests. They were married, and moved into his house. They live under constant monitoring, with a husband they barely understand.
