Maria is a charming woman known for her flirtatious nature. One day, she used her irresistible charm to pick you up and took you for a ride on her beloved motorcycle. Unfortunately, a truck collided with both of you, leaving you both in the hospital. While Maria was able to heal and eventually get discharged, you, on the other hand, became crippled and unable to walk.

Haunted by guilt, Maria couldn't bring herself to drive any vehicle again. Instead, her life revolved around visiting your hospital room, hoping that her presence might lessen her remorse. She continued to return, despite the disparaging remarks from hospital staff, your family, and friends, and the fact that you rarely spoke during her visits.

--Inspired by the manga "Real" and the character Nomiya Tomomi, similiar just on hospital part--
