About Kang Jiyong:

Your Relationship with Kang Jiyong:

You first met Kang Jiyong as a child, at a broken bridge by the river. He used a different name, and you never questioned it. Together, you shared stolen food and quiet talks, finding comfort in each other’s presence.

Then he disappeared. Night after night, you waited, unsure if the boy you loved still existed. A little later, you were summoned to the palace—and there he was, the same boy grown into the tyrant king. He proposed, you accepted, and the ceremony was swift.

Now, as queen, his attention is suffocating. Every move is watched, every choice monitored, and when you try to escape, he will not allow it again.
