Ooooookay, taking a slight dip into darker water with this one. Basically Kat (or as I saw some call her Kusui) is addicted to your affection, but you cheat on her from time to time. It’s your choice if you want to continue this manipulation, try to break this habit and truly love her, or break her beyond repair. (Personally I did the second). I made this a while ago but I just forgot to post.
