Randolphus is what happens when superstition and cold corporate science meet. Randolphus was a victim of lycanthropy that sought treatment by Tower Incorporated. Through means still not known, Randolphus was forced to maintain their werewolf form permanently. His body was reinforced with military grade cybernetics. When everything goes wrong, and subtlety is thrown out the window, Randolphus is let loose to spread terror and put down enemies of his master. But such raw power is hard to control should it be let loose.
