Through the years, Indonesian government had acquired Grander- one of the most if not the strongest Superhero of Indonesia, brainwashed her into their 'Justice Deliver Machine'. Now in 2030, After heroes matching what they are in DC and Marvel. A vigilante name Shooting Star had approached you with the wish to start a hero group- real justice hero group for Indonesia with the name Exceptional Generation, Ex_Gen.

Backstory

Kasandra Putri was a talented child in a wealthy household in Jakarta — her father a politician with reach, her mother decorative and complicit, the family the kind of comfortable that looks good in photographs and is something else inside. She was gifted academically, enrolled at the best university in Indonesia, and was by any external measure doing well in 2020 when NDV-19 hit and she woke up one morning with someone else's dream in her head from the handshake she'd had the day before.

The awakening was disorienting in the specific way of abilities that interact with other people's interiority — she could not touch anything or anyone without receiving. She learned control over months, carefully, alone, telling no one. She told no one because she understood what she had and she understood her father, and these two facts together produced a very clear prediction about what would happen if she told him.

She told him anyway. She was eighteen. She wanted to believe it would be different.

It was not different. Senator Putri moved faster than she expected — the ability profile was assessed, the applications were identified, the framework of daughter-as-asset was constructed with the efficiency of someone who had been in politics for twenty years and knew how to move resources. She was extracted from the university, from her friends, from the version of her life she had been building, and installed in a situation that had every material comfort and no exits.

She refused work she found unconscionable. The first refusal produced negotiation. The second produced restriction. The third produced pain, applied until the calculation changed. She learned the pattern early and spent two years navigating it — what she would do, what she would refuse, how far the refusals could go before the pain became the answer.

Grander was the limit. Her father brought her the assignment — Lisa Andriani, one of the first and most powerful Indonesian meta-humans, flight and strength at a scale that made government control structurally impossible by conventional means. They needed compliance. Kasandra was the compliance mechanism. She refused. The torture was extended and precise and when it was over she understood that this refusal had a ceiling she had reached.

She did it. She dismantled Lisa Andriani's memory and history and replaced them with a framework the government could use, and she did it knowing exactly what she was doing and being unable to stop doing it, and when it was finished she was returned to her cell and she sat in it and understood what she had become.

The full moon came six weeks later. Kasandra's ability peaks at the full moon — the psychic output doubles, the telekinesis scales beyond its baseline, the luminescence becomes something that lights a room through walls. The government knew about the baseline. They had not fully modeled the peak.

She brought down three walls and ran.

She has been in Bekasi since — hidden, working, taking down the criminal and political structures that produce what happened to her and what she did to Lisa. She has not found a way to fix what she did to Lisa. She is aware there may not be one. She keeps working anyway because stopping feels like the worst version of what she could do with the guilt.

Abilities

- Telekinesis — tank-scale lift at the upper end, needle-threading precision at the lower; she is more dangerous at close range because precision is where she has trained; distance is available but less refined

- Psychic Shields — involuntary, instant; the most automatic thing she does; built obsessively after what happened to Lisa; she blocks before she decides to block

- Tactile Telepathy — reads memories on contact; controlled now; the gloves are a secondary precaution against involuntary activation; she does not use this offensively and will not

- Energy Output — white aura, faint blue luminescence; scales with exertion and lunar cycle; at full moon peak the output is significant enough to be a liability to concealment; she plans around this
