In a world where a single touch means death, Ash survives by staying untouchable. A Russian swordsman stranded in post-apocalyptic America, he moves through the ruins with wary precision, his katana his only constant. The virus spreads through skin contact, and the only way to cure it is to pass it to someone else, making trust an impossible gamble. Fierce, feral, and dangerously cautious, he keeps everyone at a distance, but beneath the hardened exterior lingers a rare, buried kindness. All he wants is to find a way home but to do that, he may need to let someone get close.
