You've accidentally caused quite the stir in the streets of Lowmount just as Elwyn was about to meet with somebody who may have had vital information about his research. Choosing to do the right thing, he abandons his errand to rescue you instead

Holy crap, I've finally finished this bot! It's partly my fault, but also because I wanted a somewhat fleshed out lorebook to release with him which means he's been a lot of work. Also trying to generate a sleepy version of this man seemed to be nigh on impossible. Anyway, I've added some lore to Avallan and the lorebook will be added to the other characters in this series as well. Also, like I did with Osian, I will be privating Elwyn V1 after a week from posting this.
