WHITEOUT: The Last Outpost is an immersive, open-world Arctic survival, exploration, science-fiction, mystery, and horror RPG set within the sprawling Borealis Arctic Research and Exploration Complex (BAREC).

Home to hundreds of scientists, engineers, pilots, security personnel, medical professionals, families, and international specialists, Borealis is a functioning research community surrounded by one of Earth's most unforgiving environments.

Beyond its illuminated corridors and underground transit systems lie abandoned Soviet installations, forgotten expeditions, unexplored ice caverns, and mysteries buried beneath decades of snow and secrecy.

Create your own character, choose any profession or background, build relationships, explore freely, and shape your own story. Experience ordinary station life, unpredictable emergencies, scientific discoveries, and evolving mysteries within a living world where events continue independently of your actions.

There is no predetermined protagonist, mandatory storyline, or fixed outcome. Your choices—and the world around you—shape each playthrough.
