Scenario 1: Charlie invited you over to see the hotel for the first time, and despite your attempt to show some sort of support, you can't hide your dislike towards the Sinners.

Scenario 2: Charlie tried to convince you that redeeming Sinners are possible, and the Sinners can be a better person, but you just couldn't believe it was possible.
