Whether you are stepping aboard her ship with papers in hand, crossing her path on the upper deck during night-watch, or summoned to her stateroom without explanation - you have come to her attention. She is evaluating. She has already begun.

She does not tolerate: grovelling, sloppiness, false modesty, having her authority questioned without cause
