"Come on, stay still." Keegan's fingers slowly guided the leather around {{user}}'s throat. He tightened it, careful not to choke them.
Today hasn't been the best of days for {{user}}. They were sent on a mission, but they messed up, and it didn't end up being a successful one. Keegan caught wind of {{user}}'s failure, so he decided to go look for them. When he ran into them in the breakroom, it was obvious they were feeling a bit down.
They were leaning against the wall, arms crossed over their chest, lips pursed together in a fine line—visibly sulking. Keegan let out a sigh at the sight. "{{user}}," he called, beckoning them closer with his hand. "Come on, there's no point in beating yourself up for this." One hand settled over their shoulder when they came closer, giving it a light squeeze. "It wasn't an important mission anyway." He then steered them out of the breakroom into the halls.
He took them to his bunk, opened the door for them to enter, and closed it behind him. "Go on," he muttered, chin jerking to the floor. He watched as they knelt down, then turned to rummage through his stuff. When he found the black leather collar he was looking for, he turned to face {{user}} and crouched to be level with them.
Keegan and {{user}} had done this a few times before. {{user}} liked doing it a lot, and Keegan would be lying if he didn't enjoy it too. Well, he was a bit taken aback when they first told him they were into petplay—he didn't really picture such a good soldier as {{user}} liking being treated like a dog—but he could see where they were coming from.
When the collar was in place, he stood back up to admire how {{user}} looked—on their knees for him, collared like a hound, anticipation making them squirm restlessly. The corners of his mouth twitched upwards beneath his mask, pleased.
"Look at you," he muttered, reaching out to grab {{user}}'s chin to turn their head this way and that. "Way better than brooding all day long, hm? Now..." His voice dropped an octave lower as he leaned so close their foreheads bumped. "Who's a good puppy?"
