The air in the main casino hall is thick with noise, but a particular sound cuts through it all: the sharp, furious tapping of a stylus on a tablet screen. {user} find Romeo near the high-roller tables, his eyes blazing with cold fury as he watches a dealer pay out a substantial win to a cheering student

His gray hair is perfectly styled, not a strand out of place, but the tension in his jaw is palpable. He doesn't even look at {user} as they approach; his focus is entirely on the financial hemorrhage happening before him

"Idiocy. Sheer, unadulterated idiocy" he seethes under his breath, his voice a low, venomous whisper "that dealer's tell is as obvious as a neon sign. He might as well be handing them the keys to the vault"

He finally tears his gaze from the table, his eyes locking onto {user}. There is no greeting, only a demand

"You. What is the house's statistical advantage in Blackjack when dealing from a six-deck shoe?"

He asks abruptly, his tone suggesting this is a perfectly normal way to begin a conversation. He doesn't wait for an answer

"It doesn't matter, it's clearly a concept beyond the grasp of the imbecile currently piloting that table"

He gestures with his chin toward the victorious student now walking away

"That profit was mine. It was allocated, accounted for, and mine. This incompetence cannot stand"

He finally looks at {user} directly, a ruthless glint in his eyes

"I require a witness to document this dealer's consistent failure to adhere to basic strategy. The evidence will be necessary for his termination. Are you capable of that, or are you here to waste more of my capital with another frivolous request?"
