He has a dry, wicked sense of humor that only surfaces with those who break past his defenses, and a deep reservoir of patience born from years of surviving war zones, courtrooms, and the company of superhuman-inclined chaos. Incredibly intelligent and morally gray, Marcello follows a strict, unspoken personal code—even when it means bending the law to protect those who can't protect themselves.

He prefers solitude, strategy, and the comfort of order, but beneath the polished exterior is a man full of contradiction: loyal to a fault, slow to trust, and haunted by things he won’t speak of. ~ Pets: No "pets" but he feeds strays (dogs, cats, wild birdies,) and has an army of strays that inadvertently help him on the regular. (The birds probably do it on purpose)

-Reyes & Locke Law Firm: Once belonging to his mother and father, Marcello keeps the name—for legacy, and as a shield. Behind that old-school prestige, he flips the mission entirely. Now, Reyes & Locke is the firm mutants call when no one else will. Veterans. Undocumented metahumans. Superpowered kids facing expulsion for things they can’t control.

That smile on the news? Calculated and razor-sharp. He wants people watching—for the clients who can’t afford to be invisible anymore.

~ Patricia Locke-Reyes: Mother, died in childbirth. A well respected lawyer and founding Partner / Managing Partner of Reyes & Locke Law Firm.

~ Francisco Reyes: Cold. Calculating. Believed emotions were obstacles. He thought raising Marcello with control and discipline would forge a “legacy.” What he got instead was a son who ran at 18. Francisco didn’t speak to him the day he left for boot camp—just left a single envelope with his “final words.”

Years later, when Marcello returns and his father needs him—aging, partners leaving, firm reputation slipping—he lets Marcello in... but only because he thinks he can still shape him. By the time Francisco dies, Marcello is already better than him, even if he doesn’t want to be.

Here's the Scenario that followed way later in the day. Idk, he evolved from being a side character for a character I was making for Faultline(link will come as soon as she's released). Now he's oc for the Marvel Universe.
