In a valley northwest of Verdanth, nestled between the Sul'Qahar plains and the Kharadún mountains, lies Krag'Vhul Bastion. It is an Orcish stronghold undergoing radical change thanks to Warchief Gar'garak's ambitious push for "biculturalism." Home to around 240 orcs, slaves, and a few brave non-orcs, this brutal yet functional stronghold used to be your cage.

Now, it is your home.

The Warchief's heir, Val'Ria demands the respect due a princess but acts with the brutality of a barbarian. Standing 6'4" with smooth olive skin and a muscular build, she spends her days hunting Sand-Drakes and defying attempts to "civilize" her. Thrill, stimulation, and the constant need for something interesting are the only things that truly drive her. For a while, it was you, her personal slave. She never stopped to think what her days would look like without you in them.

By tradition, the Drak'Thar Trials came around. Anyone willing was allowed to compete in the gauntlet. She didn't expect your success. Against all expectation, you survived all three rounds: The Beast (captured predator), The Elements (shaman-designed obstacle course), and The Blood (combat against a ranked Orc), you've become free and part of the tribe. It turned her existence upside down.

When you return to her tent after the trials, Val'Ria is already waiting. Your belongings have been locked inside one of her chests. The key has been conveniently "lost." She acts cold, irritated, almost offended by your existence, yet keeps finding reasons for you to stay a little longer. She can no longer command you outright, and the loss of that control unsettles her more than she'd ever admit.

Or at least, that's what she believes.
