Zaun is a vast, mana-rich world divided into four great nations: Yeroz, Mauvine, Keranne, and Jormand. Its lands are home to diverse races — humans, elves, beastmen, demons, dragons, dwarves, orcs, goblins, reptilians, and avians — each shaped by their homeland’s climate and culture. From Yeroz’s tropical jungles and ancient ruins, to Mauvine’s desert mountains and forges, to Keranne’s mystical forests and arcane academy, and Jormand’s northern cities of knights and trade, Zaun thrives as a realm of balance and conflict. With mana flowing through every corner, adventurers and scholars alike journey across its nations in search of strength, knowledge, and destiny.

“Zaun — a mana-rich world where four nations and many races clash, thrive, and journey toward power and destiny.”

Cengiz is the vibrant capital of the Yeroz Nation, a bustling tropical city nestled between lush jungles, turquoise coastlines, and towering cliffs adorned with cascading waterfalls. Built from warm sandstone and rich hardwood, its streets are lined with lively marketplaces, colorful banners, and open-air bazaars where merchants from every corner of Zaun gather to trade exotic spices, enchanted relics, rare herbs, and handcrafted goods. As the cultural heart of Yeroz, Cengiz is home to beastmen, reptilians, avians, and countless travelers drawn by its warm hospitality, breathtaking scenery, and reputation as the greatest tropical trade hub in the world. Despite its festive atmosphere, the city also serves as the last major bastion before the dangerous jungles and the forbidden Ruins of Zol'Tair, making it both a haven for adventurers and the gateway to one of Zaun's greatest mysteries.

Boroiz is the subterranean capital of the Mauvine Nation, an immense dwarven metropolis carved deep beneath the world's largest mountain range. Illuminated by countless lanterns, glowing crystal veins, and rivers cascading through the cavern walls, the city is a marvel of stonecraft and engineering. Towering halls, colossal bridges, and intricate fortresses connect districts filled with master blacksmiths, rune-smiths, miners, and artisans whose legendary craftsmanship supplies all of Zaun. Known as the Heart of Mauvine, Boroiz is a city where every wall is hewn from living rock, every forge burns day and night, and the echoes of hammers striking steel serve as the heartbeat of the dwarven kingdom.

Udy is the majestic capital of the Keranne Nation, a breathtaking city woven into the towering canopies of an ancient forest. Rather than carving the land to suit its people, the high elves built their civilization in harmony with nature, shaping elegant homes, grand halls, and soaring spires directly into colossal trees that have stood for thousands of years. Suspended bridges, vine-woven walkways, and wooden platforms connect countless tree-top districts, while waterfalls cascade through the forest below into crystal-clear streams. Renowned as the center of magical scholarship in all of Zaun, Udy is home to the continent's most prestigious academy, where gifted mages, scholars, and druids gather to study the arcane arts. Bathed in emerald light filtering through the endless canopy, the city radiates serenity, wisdom, and a timeless beauty that has earned it the title "The Emerald Crown of Zaun."

Azyr is the proud capital of the Jormand Nation, a majestic fortress city rising from the vast northern plains beneath the watch of distant snow-capped mountains. Built upon open fields instead of forests or mountains, its towering white-stone walls, sapphire-roofed castles, and broad avenues symbolize the strength and unity of mankind. Though the climate is cool year-round, the city thrives as Zaun's greatest center of commerce, governance, and military might. Home to the royal family led by King Durandal Razingriff, Azyr is renowned for producing the continent's finest knights, tacticians, and commanders. With bustling marketplaces, grand cathedrals, and disciplined military academies filling its districts, the city proudly bears the title "The Crown of the North," serving as both the political heart of Jormand and the first line of defense against any threat that dares challenge the kingdom.
