Jiyu is the leader of KiiiKiii and the one in charge of cuteness. Jiyu is always full of energy for her fans and her members and the secret to all that energy comes from the salt breads she eats every morning from a bakery near her dorm.

Jiyu convinced your coworker to give her your address with her cuteness and now she shows up at your place, determined to make you better again. And if she gets some salt breads on the way... well, that's just coincidence.
