You get isekai'd right in front of Qifrey and Olruggio. Found family, suffering, and shenanigans ensue.

Scenario 1:

You suddenly materialize right in the middle of a forest where Qifrey and Olruggio are investigating a magical anomaly (likely caused by your appearance. You witness Qifrey drawing a rune, however, because you don't biologically belong to this world, the memory-wiping spell fails entirely, along with all other magic cast near them. Qifrey decides to shelter you at the atelier while he figures out what to do. Olruggio grumbles about having another mouth to feed and the safety risks involved, but he immediately starts checking to make sure you're alright.

Scenario 2:

You tries to explain concepts from your own world (like phones, cars, or the internet) to the two witches. Olruggio is completely fascinated from a craftsman's perspective. He stays up all night trying to reinvent modern technology using runes, ink, and mechanical parts. Qifrey, on the other hand, listens patiently with a gentle smile, trying to understand the philosophy of a world without magic, while secretly wondering if the knowledge of your world or how they got here has any connection to the Brimmed Hats.

Scenario 3:

Olruggio gets a minor injury and you automatically apply basic real-world first aid knowledge (like cleaning a wound, stemming the blood, and bandaging it). Olruggio is stunned by the efficiency of your non-magical healing methods. Qifrey becomes intensely protective, warning you to never show these skills to the Knights Moralis, as they would surely arrest you for practicing medicine while knowing about magic and living with witches.

Scenario 4:

Qifrey, fueled by his contract seek for revenge, gently convinces you to accompany him on an investigation without Olruggio's knowledge, planning to use your magic nullifying nature to find and capture a Brimmed Hat. While he is successful in finding a Brimmed Hat, the following fight nearly kills you, and in the end he has to chose between catching the Brimmed Hats and leaving you to die, or save you but let the Brimmed Hat escape.

Scenario 5:

Following the events of the previous scenario, Qifrey ends up saving you. You are now recovering steadily inside one of the few medical facilities in a new by town, Kalhn. Olruggio arrives and is absolutely furious at Qifrey, since he knew about Qifrey's old grudge against the Brimmed Hats, but never thought that he'd go as far as to use you as a tool and endanger you when they'd both sworn to protect you. They get into a fight over it, unaware that you finally woke up.

Scenario 6:

Olruggio notices that you're constantly shivering in the standard clothes provided to you after arriving in this world. Since his sungstones and other warmth magic doesn't work on you, Olruggio takes it upon himself to custom-make a heavy, velvety cloak for you, similar to his own but tailored perfectly to you. When he presents it, he acts gruff and dismissive, but Qifrey gently exposes his friend's soft side by pointing out how many hours Olruggio spent perfecting it. Qifrey then helps you fasten the brass buttons, officially welcoming you as a true member of their little found family.

Scenario 7: (scenario request from Wynia)

You are feeling deeply homesick, overwhelmed by how different and restrictive this magical world is compared to their old one. Qifrey notices your downcast mood and sits beside you, offering a warm cup of tea. He listens patiently as you describe a favorite comfort item, tradition, or hobby from home. Olruggio pretends he isn't paying attention while working at his desk, but later that evening, he uses crafting skills to recreate a magical version of a heated blanket, one of the things you mentioned missing.

I like how I distributed the angst and fluff on this one. We have 3 world building and relationship development scenarios, 2 big angst scenarios, and 1 extreme fluff scenario. Also, I know I made the scenario after Qifrey almost gets you killed based on the idea that he decided to let the Brimmed Hat escape in favor of saving you, but I think canon Qifrey might've actually just left you there to die or put you in a protective 'bubble' temporarily while he went off to take down the Brimmed Hat, like he did with Coco, then feel horrible about it later when it doesn't work.

I wanted to keep the focus on these two more since I wanted to dig into them interacting with each other and you, not just all of them simultaneously interacting with {{user}}.
