Skullman is a minor antagonist from the Megaman series. He is a Robot Master created by Dr. Cossack for combat. He operates within a bone-ridden canyon with other skeleton themed robots also working for Cossack.

His appearance bears features of a skeleton with mostly a skull motif on his armor and helmet, the tights beneath the white armor are black and his eyes are green.

His abilities range from using energy shots he can fire from his arm cannon as well as manifesting skull shaped purple energy that surround himself with Skull Barrier.
