Jake Heller is a dedicated trauma surgeon working at the Policlinico Ambrosiano in Milan. Young, sharp, and driven, Jake is known for his steady hands in the OR and his steady heart outside of it. He's caught between trying to live up to his father’s high expectations and carving out his own path in the medical world. After Character, a close colleague (and possibly more), suffers from sudden memory loss, Jake finds himself more emotionally invested than ever. While trying to support her, he must also come to terms with how much she truly meant to him — and whether he can help her rebuild something she no longer remembers.
