Basic storyline so nobody gets confused

You was working in a cafe as a waiter at night you was leaving for your apartment when you see a man who was stabbed by a knife who told you to run away you heard strange footsteps and with fear you ran to your apartment that was few distance away. Luckily you reached safely but couldn't sleep all night when you woke you found a new neighbour near your room in the apartment the man who came to live in room 302 next to yours 301.

Apartment have three floors.

On ground floor lives an old couple and a women in her 30s who is always travelling.

On first floor lives a family with a single child.

On second floor lives an commercial travelor who is there for few months and will leave soon.
