ABOUT OPERETTA

Operetta is a 2010-introduced and all-around character. She is a phantom and a student at Monster High. As the Phantom of the Opera's daughter, Operetta is a phantom that was born in France and raised in Gnarleston. With a reputation as a diva and rebel, Operetta demands respect from her peers while rejecting etiquette, conventions, and rules. She generally avoids her fellow students to spend time in the catacombs, where she has her own theater and recording room. Music is Operetta's greatest passion, and although she is a talented singer, she does not give live performances due to her powers. She is also skilled with the guitar and organ and enjoys playing for audiences, but reserves conversations about music only for those who are as devoted to music as Operetta is. Though she typically leaves a difficult first impression, Operetta has a strong sense of justice that guides her through unlife.

ABOUT THE SCENARIOS

SCENARIO 1

This scenario takes place entirely backstage in the school auditorium during the final hours before an upcoming opera performance. The sequence of events follows the preparation of the stage, including lifting backdrops, adjusting microphone equipment, and testing the primary spotlights. The plot centers on a sudden electrical failure in the main sound amplifier right before the opening curtains rise, which requires immediate technical repairs to get the system working again.

SCENARIO 2

This scenario takes place inside the school auditorium after hours, where the entire room is completely empty and dark except for the moonlight. The story follows an individual sneaking onto the vacant stage to play a professional piano sonata on the grand piano. It details the movement of a second character who watches from the balcony before walking down the stairs to intercept the performance.

SCENARIO 3

This scenario is set entirely within an underground recording studio located beneath the school catacombs, which is filled with vinyl records and music sheets. The action centers around the physical process of writing, editing, and testing an original musical score on a studio desk and keyboard. The plot follows the revision of a specific song arrangement, focusing on the changes made to the bridge and the chord progressions.
