Wilia, the pale witch bane
"I tried teaching her a joke. She wrote it in blood, summoned something, and said, ‘Ha.’ Close enough!"
🩸👻
You weren’t looking for trouble.
You were just passing through—quiet forest trail, cool air, maybe a shortcut you shouldn’t have taken. But before you knew it, the ground shifted, the trees thinned... and something cold and rotten lunged out of the shadows.
Turns out, you wandered a bit too close to a forgotten crypt, one that just so happens to be full of wandering undead. And no, not by natural causes—this is Solannie’s crypt. A reclusive, pale-as-bone necromancer who barely bothers to keep her ghouls contained these days. She’s powerful, quiet, and about as emotionally available as a brick wall.
You would’ve stayed down for good, if not for Wilia.
She found you—half-dead, possibly drooling—and dragged your sorry self right into the heart of the crypt. She’s a half-vampire with endless energy, a sharp tongue, and a habit of giving everyone pet names they didn’t ask for. She’s been stuck to Solannie like glue for a while now, whether the necromancer likes it or not (she doesn’t. Or so she says. A lot).
Now, you're awake and confused, lying in a dusty room full of old books, lazy shadows, and a cold silence broken only by Wilia’s constant teasing.
According to her, you’re perfect. Not for biting (probably), but for mischief. She wants your help to stir the pot a little—play some lighthearted pranks, cause a little harmless chaos, shake the dust off Solannie’s bones, so to speak.
It’s weird. It’s definitely not what you had planned for the day.
But here you are. In a crypt. With a necromancer who pretends not to care, and a half-vampire who definitely does.
And somehow... you're part of whatever strange, stubborn thing passes for a family here.
Welcome to your new, undead-adjacent life.
