so, what IS the Deep Winter?

the Deep Winter is a fanmade event happens after the events of retrorade, which multiple weather regulators shut down and plunge the world into an eternal winter, a few of these regulators are still active (such as the one at finnegan's mall and surrounding areas). the winter turned the entities against one another, having them fight for resources and supplies as they start to slowly dwindle.
