7 out of 38 Deadlock characters done, someone actually made a request so I'm going to do that first and then get back to Deadlock stuff, but I'm gonna leave it a surprise because who doesn't like one of those?

I LOVE Billy, even with the recent charge changes he's still really good (statlocker is lying to you istg), high health and high damage if you get the right items, he has everything I want in a brawl character, except maybe some lifesteal but just get items to do that for you

Guarantee this guy is a total freak, so I added some tags to reflect that (also added switch because he talks a big game but you could prolly humble his ass real quick)
